The location is surrounded by many Restaurants and grocery shops. You can have access to the City center through Train or Bus. There is a nearby Train station(Acocks Green). The self checkin is another advantage, you will get all the details before hand and it is hassle free. The host is very responsive and arranged everything beforehand.

Its a nice location , easily accessible to convenience stores around . Mo made it easy for us , made sure he calls and text to know what we might need and he made it available . Nice place and nice host

The host was very responsive, polite and helpful. The accommodation was in a good location relative to the NEC (if driving by car). The room was comfortable and had access to kitchen facilities.
The room could have been cleaned better, it was dusty and the bathroom was not hotel standard clean.

Room spacious. Quiet area. Adequate and clean kitchen. Living room clean and open.
On arrival, no guidance on which room was mine. Messaged owner and found out it wasn't the one with the open door as I'd guessed. Room needed cleaning and maintenance. Window wouldn't close properly and there were no darkening curtains to keep room dark. Bright at 5am. Dusty room which didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. TV didn't work at all. Bathroom in need of repair and maintaining with cracked floor and wall tiles as well as missing grouting and caulking throughout the bathroom/shower. Bed was adequate though there weren't extra pillows available in the room to help with positioning or comfort.
