Awful and bad customer service

Heating and hot water in the property were not working, we complained to the management however they refused to take accountability, we had a toddler and a newborn with us , the newborn has been sick since we left the accommodation and he has been consistently vomiting his milk which has made us contact booking . Com with relevant proof. They later sent someone to the property to fix it , nevertheless heating downstairs still wasn’t working . We have reached out to booking. Com and if they don’t resolve it , we will escalate the issue.

This property was simply not fit for purpose. Advertised as “newly renovated,” but in reality: bedroom doors wouldn’t stay shut, one window had no security latch (serious safety risk), the house was unbearably hot with no cooling, and the bathroom had visible water damage with a strong damp smell. The kitchen was poorly maintained with dirty cupboards, broken doors, and an unclean oven. The garden was overgrown, full of weeds, and clearly had not been maintained, making it unusable. Whilst we booked for 7 guests, we were only left 6 towels with no spares available. The outside bins were overflowing, and cleaners arrived an hour after our agreed check-in. The house is also on a busy main road, with heavy traffic noise throughout the night. Because of the heat we had to leave the bedroom windows open, which made sleeping almost impossible. We left the property after just 1 night, having found alternative accommodation — if it wasn’t for the fact we had a child with disabilities with us, we would have left much sooner. We were offered a 50% refund within 7–10 days, but almost a month later we still haven’t received it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Does not look like the pictures and smells

Nothing was there 45 minutes

Everything no hot water or heating the window was broken house is nothing like pictures really grubby and dirty and the smell from the fridge 🤢 Appreciate The fact they refunded but there is no way they couldn’t have did call to move me location but already had booked else where

Location was good, shops and nearby facilities

We had an issue with heating and hot water in the beginning and spent the night in the cold so 24 hr access to solve these kind of issues would have been better.
