Perfect Stay Near the Metro with Outstanding Service

I travel to Copenhagen pretty often, and I must say this was one of the best experiences so far. The apartment is nice, clean, and well equipped. The location is near an M2 metro station, which is close to both the airport and the city center. And one more thing - the staff are super organized and helpful. In my case, there was an early check-in, which wasn’t expected. Also, by mistake, I left some of my belongings there, but they helped me get everything back smoothly. I will definitely come back.

Great Apartment in Quiet location

Great apartment in a quiet location. Some excellent coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. Beds were super comfy and apartment has all that you need. 5 min walk to metro that takes you into the centre in 10 mins or the airport in 15 min. Would definitely come back. Virtual reception is super responsive and friendly.

We had a nice stay at Dahei. The apartment has all the small details you might need. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. It was easy to find the building. It’s close to the metro and close to the airport. The reception quickly responded to messages and was very helpful.

Relaxing and quiet location with lovely decor.

We really enjoyed staying at this quiet and well positioned hotel. They had thought of everything so we did not really miss having staff on site. Loved the decor!

The only thing was the pillow was not very big and we could not relax on the bed at the end of the day.

Perfect little flat

The apartment was so clean and very well preserved. The access to it is clear and straightforward. The owner was always prepared for something and was easy to reach. The incredible thing was, we did the laundry there and that was a plus for use. The cot and the highchair for our 17 months old were perfect, and we're so grateful about it. He slept better there apparently haha. The location is excellent, a few steps to the metro station and others to the supermarkets. A playground literally 4 minutes away and a beautiful neighbour. We had a fantastic stay there, we definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to spend time in Copenhagen, especially if you have a toddler.

The only thing we maybe missed was a microwave, but overall, everything was perfect and handy.

Clean, well organised and efficient, easy to reach and no glitch in the system. Have coffee machine and boiler for hot team and coffee.

The door of the room looks like doing some noise related to settings or updates on closing system. It is ok during the day, but in the night when no other sounds cover it, it wake me every single night (4 nights). Suggest to find a better time to run that diagnostic process or maybe something was wrong with the door. Even had coffee machine and tea, suggest a bit range of tea and not just black one.

Great base for exploring Copenhagen

Location was great, a short 8min metro ride from the airport and the same to get into the city. Walking from the metro station to the apartment was less than 10mins too. The surrounding area had some nice coffee shops and a supermarket (all in close walking distance). The area feels safe and residential, you can also walk to the beachside in about 20 mins. The small studio had all you needed for a short stay; including pots, pans, cutlery, salt + pepper and cooking oil. So we could prepare small meals. The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hair dryer. TV with Netflix and Coffee/Tea making facilities. Access to the building and the apartment is by a code that they send you in advance. We couldn't get the code to work on our apartment door and we called the help number who picked up immediately and fixed the issue instantly.

There isn't much space to hang any clothes or store luggage, some coat hooks on the back of the door would be helpful. Also the flat was very warm, and the window only opens a very small amount.

Convenient location and perfect !

The location was really convenient from the airport and also to town itself. Quiet neighbourhood wit a supermarket store nearby for groceries or any other supplies. The apartment itself is well equipped that you just need to bring your suitcase. Easily checked in as well. There are lockers to keep your luggage and laundry room with dryers.

3 Nights Close to Central Copenhagen

Located in a communal suburb, convenient access to the Metro line (around 6-7 minutes walk, or a little longer with larger luggages). Metro access to the city is easy and fast, a 10 minute ride or less. Nice simple and chic design, with a very useful pantry for in house use, basic cooking etc. There are several restaurants and groceries in and around the neighborhood by short walking distance. It's a residential suburb hence not too loud or vibrant at night. Messaging customer service and replies were very prompt and helpful with all queries or issues if any.

No 24/7 convenient stores close by and the suburb and its streets are a little dark (though safe) at night.

Absolutely brilliant stay :-)

What an absolute gem of a place to stay in busy Summer Copenhagen. We had everything we needed in the apartment & access from the airport, to the Metro & to nearby restaurants and supermarkets was 100%. Thank you for an amazing stay & will most definitely stay here again when I visit Copenhagen again.

Small, super clean accommodation just outside of the city centre

Easy check in process. Even though the room was very small, we were aware of this upfront and it had everything we needed. It was very clean. The window opened :-) The unit was close to a metro, supermarkets and coffee shops. Whilst it was outside of the centre of Copenhagen it was very close to the centre (2 metro stops away from downtown). It also had a great laundry facility included in the price which was super convenient and easy to use.

Lack of sign posted parking regulations which resulted in a heft parking fine.

Missing pillows – although the night staff provided extras upon request, the quality was extremely poor. The mattress was very low quality, which is unacceptable given the high price of the accommodation. There was no air conditioning or even a fan in the bathroom, and no storage space for personal belongings – we had to keep trousers alongside kitchen cutlery. Not even a single wardrobe was available. plus dust in hidden spots just add extra negative see photo

When you think you booked an ordinary room but leave as in a private property with premium service

Very well equipped. There was everything is needed to cook. The kitchen was new, as all furniture, and was perfectly clean. The bed was cosy and spacious. What was really amazing is the most quiet neighbourhood that we stay in all our life. We slept with open window all night and window faced the street and we didn’t heard any noise, it was like you sleep in a isolated house in the middle of nature. But inside the hotel also everyone was kind and silent. Overall great experience.

Nice, but too dusty.

Quiet and comfortable, nicely equipped room. Fast reaction to some problems. Friendly maintenance guy took off shoes before entering the room.

- Window didn't close properly. Maintenance fixed it rather quickly (it was an actual defect), but housekeeping should have noticed the obviously open window before us arriving. - Somewhat dirty: dust layer on kitchen worktop. Dust on light switches. Something sticking on outside of kitchen cabinets. Dirty and dusty bathroom door. Yuck. - Info for allergic people: I'm allergic to dust mites - here, my reaction was much stronger than average. - Small issue: Puddle formed in front of shower. In theory this shouldn't happen, because the shower is slightly lower than the rest of the floor. In practice, the tiling isn't straight, and in our room there was a slight "dent" right in front of the shower where water would collect and stay. Nothing that should concern you in case you're looking for a place to stay in Copenhagen, but simply not excellent, just "quite nice with room for improvement".

Nice well designed small appartment with a useful kitchenette, parking availability, but poor ventilation.

I really liked the design of the hotel. Everything was quite new and nicely done and thought through. Checking was super easy. I liked the parking at the property and possibility to charge an e-car.

The ventilation was poor, the single openable window could not be fully opened, in the apartment was 26 degrees at one point. The wetness from the bathroom was spreading to the apartment which created a very hard to breathe air. Outside was just 16C so it would be hard for me to imagine to stay over in summer.

Really lovely place

The apartment and the staff are excellent. Everything is well equipped, clean and tidy. There were a lot of guests in the hotel, but we didn't hear anyone. The right place to rest after rushing around the city. The free lockers downstairs were useful. The location is good if the metro (M2) goes to the center and the airport. We really enjoyed everything.

Perfect for families

The room was bigger than expected and we loved that they provided a baby crib for our baby to sleep in. Even with that in the room we had enough space to move around. The room was very clean and fully equipped, it is great if you want to cook yourself and save money that way. The interaction via messages with the reception was great as well. We plan to come back.

An well-designed apartment for those who value quality, privacy, and thought-through details

The apartment was very clean and nicely designed which made the stay even nicer. The staff was responsive and over the whole stay there were moments of kind gestures by the staff/hotel that showed that they go the extra mile for the guests. We travelled with a toddler so we really appreciated the accessibility, the location and the great sound isolation.

There were really no downsides. The room could have been slightly bigger, but for the Copenhagen standard it was still well-sized:)

The hotel has a comfortable location. It is a quiet area with other residential buildings. The room was clean and comfortable. There were all kitchen utensils. It was not usual for everything to work automatically. You can communicate with the staff through a tablet or email. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

The bathroom lacks a wardrobe. It's hard to leave things.
