Great room and friendly staff

The room was very cozy, spacious and clean. In general everything necessary was provided. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions before check-in, during the stay and after. There are great cafés nearby for breakfast, as well as a Sushi Joint for supper close to the hotel. The location is not in the city center, but getting there was never a problem—it’s quick and easy.

Personal opinion: disposable slippers were needed, as the shower is “open” and the bathroom floor gets wet anyway, as well as a small tube of toothpaste

great location, airport 5min away by metro and it takes about 15min to get to the centre. the hotel is in a really nice and quiet area, right next to the beach (i loved walking there). very comfortable bed. i broke a cup and when i offered to pay for it, the staff told me to forget it, it was really nice of them

Great Place to stay, enjoyed it a lot.

We stayed only for 1 night in between flights. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with stove and fridge. Not too far from the airport. Uber was not pricey - so we took that instead of trying public transit.

Super happy of my stay

It was great to be able to do an early check in. Also there was a baby seat I could use. I loved the area close to the beach and very accessible to the city center. I also highly appreciated the daily change of towels and Quick clean by the cleaning ladies.

Clean, nice, good value

Clean and nice, good value for the money and is few minutes by train from the airport. Also I didn’t even ask, but the receptionist gave me room upgrade free of charge, from single room to studio apartment room. It was a nice surprise and definitely made the stay even more pleasant.

Great location, great staff, great facilities

The room was cozy and had all the comforts. Location was great, near to the beach and just a little outside the crowds of the city, very close to the oresund or amager strand metro stations. The staff was great, they also provided a luggage storage service.

Not worth the money I had paid.

Room was very gloomy. Kitchen tools was not complete. I.e. just 4 big plate. No small plates. The pot was very small to cook. Toilet was clean but it smells an old sanitation system. The hotel corridors were very narrow and there was a bad smell in the corridors. Windows were not sound proof, so much train and street noise.

Very nice accommodation, peaceful location

The room met our expectation: it was big enough and it has wonderfool terrasse with view. Clean and "Scandinavian style". I would give an extra towel for the shower as the water will be spread on the bathroom otherwise. Location was also great: few hundred meters from Metro, close to the beach and very calm area. Breakfast was a bit poor of choice: it was basic, nothing extraordinary.

Maybe in the bathroom I would add some shelfs and generally a richer breakfast (pastry were very basic).

Very pleasant place

Kitchen equipment, clean, big windows, location near to metro, big room, easy access to the hotel at night.

Fixed thermostat to 25 degrees in the room and there was too hot. No free parking (parking was available but additionally paid).

If you need a place to sleep while experncing Copenhagen, this is the perfect hotell.

How close the hotel was from the Airport. How easy it was to get to the metro. The stores nearby were great (Rema was better than Lidl). The room was perfect size and had both cooking top and fridge. We had one of the smaller rooms, but we didn't need any more as we were more outside than in the room. Also the access to the rooftop was great, we had dinner there one day and sat outside in the sun in the evenings.

It is nitpicking, but there was a weird smell in the hallway. Not a bad smell, just a lil weird. The rooftop had some ants, but that is to be expected. We were not bothered by them.

Nice room and good location for a city break

Big and clean room, 10 minute metro ride to the city centre. Quiet location and hotel. There is a beach near. We booked for 1 night and ended up booking another, the lady at reception matched the price we would've paid on Booking.com so that was very nice! I would stay here again! Close to the airport and central station.

Really nice hotel in a good location

The location was perfect, close to the metro, but still very quiet. The room was very nice and clean, we really liked it. The guys at the reception were extremely kind and helpful and there was a possibility to leave our baggages there after check out.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, but that’s the only negative thing we can think of, everything else was perfect.

A Repeat Visit - Will Stay Again. What more can I say.

For a start they gave me an upgrade and put me on the fourth floor - with a balcony room. Very clean, warm (there was a heavy frost the one night) and a splendid breakfast.

Good location and good price

Location is very good, next to the metro station and 10-15 min to the center by bike. Comfortable bed and apartment.

In the corridors there was a strange smell (not good) and the dishes were dirty, probably they were left like that by the previous visitors.
