Excellent stay and very supportive staff

We booked this apartment as our previous place was not good. Brik hotel staff were very supportive and they responded back immediately telling that we can check in by 10AM itself. This was very helpful for us as we had to vacate our previous stay since the place was not good and safe. They provided their complete support for early check in. The place was very clean and had all the basic requirements. Parking facility is also good provided if we book in early.

It would be better to add any sound proof mechanism since there was a complaint launched that we were making noise. We were 3 families and had 5 children and they were having their time but still we were not making that much noise which might disturb the neighbors. It was something like our neighbor guest wanted us to be silent and do not make any noise. One more challenge was that whenever we open or close the door it has impact on other side of the room and produces some noise. End of the day tourists come in for spending time with families and friends and there might be some noise. If the room could be made sound insulated it will help all

Everything was very good! The location is perfect for a family of 4, communication with the host was immediate, so that any problem could be solved! Warm, comfortable, cozy, I recommend!!!

Door needs to be fixed

Location is good, bed is comfortable.

Kitchen utensils were complete but unfortunately no cutlery. There was a problem with a door, so whenever someone in the building open their room door or the building door, our room door made a big slamming noise. It happened the whole time that we couldn't really enjoy our stay as it was really disturbing every few minutes.

Great stay

The apartment is in a great location close to metro station which made it very easy to get around Copenhagen. The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. It was also very clean. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Beds were comfortable. Although it was all self check in and out, staff were very quick to respond when I had any issue. All in all a great stay. I would recommend to others and would stay again if visiting Copenhagen in the future

Excellent communication with the host, it’s on a convenient location near the metro to go to the center, very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

For 6 people it’s a bit small - with the sofa bed opened in the living room, there is very little space. It’s ok if you don’t spend too much time in the apartment.

Near metro station and also supermarket. If you come early before check-in , you can put the luggage at Dahei apartment which near to brik aparment-you have to ask the door code from staff. This place is 100%digital system I like it so much ,no paper work 👍👍👍 Good condition all facilities as oven ,stove, washing machine,laundry ,fan and heating system. Staffs are friendly, kind and easy to contact and ask any questions during the stay. The bed and pillow is quite good enough,especially pillows—love it. I highly recommend for choosing this place cause can definitely save cost of the trip😁

First, there is some problem with door code which didn’t worked ,but contact staffs is so easy so our solution is repeated the same door code for setting the system which not wait too long. Second, if you are chef and want to cook please remind the fumehood is not work strongly enough to get rid of all fume. I suggest use oven that great condition. And the last, if you want more privacy please do not get the ground floor .there are clear window which outsider can see you through. Kindergarten is just aside of this place but it ‘s not too loud,I don’t have any problem with noise . However,All of my opinions is so little troubles compared with comfortable here. About the noise I don’t have any problem with it ,But if you don’t to hear any single talk from walking prople out there or really want ‘super’quiet place maybe upper floor is the option(oh there is no elevator here—don’t pack too much)

Great apartment close to the center

This is the second time I stayed at Brik Apartment and have had a good experience both times. I have a small child and it is very convenient to stay in an apartment. They offer complimentary cot and high chair. The apartment is minimalist but has what is needed. They do not have a reception but a 24/7 online service and they are super responsive. I was able to check in early both times and on the second stay got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger apartment. The location is also great. Only a few minutes from the metro station and it is 3 stops to Nyhaven.

The first apartment could have needed a bit of maintenance. One of the doors was not closing well and the window in the living room was scraping on the floor which is a pit.

It’s clean and spacious, the location is great with metro and supermarket within walking distance, and there are a few nice restaurants close by too.

Great, Reasonably Priced and well-connected stay in Copenhagen.

We booked one of the studio apartments with a double bed and a sleeper couch. Upon arrival, we realised that both the bed and the sleeper couch are in one large room and that there is no separate bedroom. This was our mistake, as that is what "studio" means - for some reason, it was hard to tell from the photos of the room when we were booking. We contacted the BRIK staff and they swiftly assisted us with a room upgrade. They were kind enough to move all our belongings for us so that we could maximise experiencing Copenhagen. The new room, with 2 separate bedrooms, was great! This is a really good option if you would like to stay at a reasonably priced apartment and experience Copenhagen! Definitely recommend booking the 2 bedroom apartment for two couples!

Cozy yet spacious, clean and bright and comfortable.

It was a lovely location for us, getting outside of the central part of city to a quieter neighborhood. We felt a part of the local life. And near to the metro and ocean, which were priorities for us. We loved the school playground just a few blocks away.

peaceful location and easy access to the city

The check in instructions were clear, the room was clean and had everything we needed. As a family it was perfect for us and travelling into the city centre was very easy. 15 mins to the airport ( metro M3 line ), big supermarket down the road. also locker storage next door.

Lovely family stay, we would love to come back next time:)

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had a large living room where we could all relax together, a well-stocked kitchen (including a coffee machine). The washing machine and dryer are the absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids! One of the highlights for us was the location. While it’s not in the very center of the city, it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very easy to get around. Right next to the apartment is a large park with a fantastic playground, including an indoor play area. The children loved it, and we spent a lot of time there as a family. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home here. It’s a perfect place for families, and we would definitely love to return the next time we’re in Copenhagen!

Brilliant apartment!

Brilliant apartment! Very spacious - had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer which was incredibly useful. It's located only 5 minutes from the metro station, and only 3 metro stops from the city centre. We chose the area as it seemed like a reasonably quiet neighbourhood that my SEN son would appreciate staying in after a busy day of over stimulation in the city centre - and he really did find it a big help.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger.

Good for singles, or couples without baby.

This place isn't like any other hotel or so, its like one flat in a building , no staff or anyone to receive you, however they can be reached quickly and staff is super friendly helpful and even some knock come to your door to offer help, That was very sweet I remember.

Place is fine for single travellers or couples, however I wouldn't recommend this for family with little child. Too small for child and pics are little deceiving, it appears big but isn't.

Beautiful apartment, good location

Good location at a quiet neighborhood, close to metro station and city center. Many supermarkets and coffeeshops nearby. Came by car and was worried about the parking, had many available slots for night parking on the street. Easy entrance with lockpads, beautiful apartment. No aircondition but had fans for every room.

No microwave so can't heat leftovers quickly. Other than that was very good!

We lucked out with this place; comfortable, peaceful and very convenient location.

We chose this apartment hotel because of competitive price for three of us compared to three hotel rooms. It worked out to be a great piece of luck - a really lovely apartment and a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood with good shops and places to eat. Extra handy too - 200m from metro line (M2) running between airport and downtown. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and very quiet. The easy availability of lockers for luggage at the nearly sister hotel was also very handy for early arrival and late departure.
