The friendlyness of the host.
The view. Looking out onto the neighbours white wall. The noise of the neigbours.

Good value for money.
Location is very good, you can walk to a beach and some shops. (I would expect you'd want to drive to the main swimming beach though.)
The unit is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen.
The layout of the unit is a little strange.
The place is a bit dark and damp. There seems to have been several roof leaks in the past, which damaged the ceilings and where the ceiling was now patched from the inside. I personally found the damp and moldy smell a bit much. It was OK for two days but I could not have stayed there longer. It may not bother everyone as much as it bothered me, though.
(I realise there was a huge storm a day before we arrived.)

Let me start by saying it's one of the cheapest units available and it's worth the money because it's well-located and I appreciated the ease of booking and value for money.
It's very convenient if you need a quick stop in Sand Baai and the unit was clean and neat, and the hostess even provided a generous body soap and fresh towels.
I was grateful for the free and secure parking on the property.
I was a bit concerned by the TV plug extension cord as there could have been safer placement of the plug. The bathroom is small, but then again, the unit is functional for the price.
It was surprisingly cold during the night and the TV is really tiny.
Even though it's a budget accommodation, all units in 2021 should offer free Wi-Fi.
