The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable
Only one plug in kitchen so had to move microwave away to alternate plugging in kettle and coffee machine

Not included. The flat was clean and fresh.
The entrance had a smell of cigarette smoke and it was a little noisy outside in the mornings.
