Emplacement idéale en plein centre de Servan à 15 minutes des remparts de St Malo. Très belle appartement spacieux et lumineux.

The location is perfect, there are some lovely local restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the station and city centre. The living space is massive and really comfortable with lots of windows so nice and cool. . The bedroom was also really big with a separate loo, again lots of windows so lovely and airy.
The bathroom was dated, but all functional with plenty of hot water. The wifi didn't work at all, so we couldn't use the telly to connect to radio and music stations. A couple of the electrical sockets were falling away from the wall.

Vaste appartement décoré avec goût. Très confortable. Magnifique apparentes . Beaucoup de cachet. Emplacement parfait, situé dans une rue très commerçante. On trouve à proximité 4 librairies, un bonheur pour les lecteurs! Eh oui ça existe !! Face à un marché couvert proposant des produits locaux de qualité. A 15mn à pied du centre (ville fortifiée).
Télévision un peu petite mais ça reste un détail !
