Very good location and very friendly and helpful personnel! The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. They provide everything you would expect in this kind of hotel.

The walls are thin so noises from adjacent rooms can be heard.

A peaceful and delightful stay with everything I needed

The hotel provides a combination of comfort, style and excellent service. The rooms are cosy and well designed, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. It is in a lovely, quiet part of the 16th and perfectly located for exploring Paris. It feels like a refined home base in the city.

Location so good , not 8 level hotel

The location

Everything,small room at night shift only one staff working in the reception.when asking them for anything they said we have it here can you go down and take it , small elevator no one help or even offer to help with my bags ( i had four bags and tiny left can’t take more than one bag per time ) I want to thank Mr.Mohammad and Miss .ludmela they were very kind and helpful and he tried sooo much to help us with everything they could help .

beautiful historic hotel

Lovely historic building with elevator steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Great customer service and staff!

The card key system requires replacement. The cards issued often did not work, same issue that other guests had and noted in reviews too. Note: Front desk staff were very patient and helpful to replace the keys, so it is up to the hotel owner to change the equipment.

Elevator was small only one person and and luggage. But this is normal in some of the older hotel buildings

Nice hotel on good location

Room (with balcony) was clean. Our room was large (for Paris standards). bed was very good. Friendly staff Located well in a very nice area, a 10-12 minute walk to Trocadero. Parking is nearby

Great for short stay

The location is great, the staff were kind and welcoming and the room was comfortable and large, the bed was very comfy.

The breakfast was horrible, the cafe was between the worst that I tasted. The smell in the room cupboard was very strong and chemical so I hanged my clothes outside of the closet. The toilettes in front of the reception were not clean and smelled bad (I had to change clothes for a meeting there as my room was not ready yet).

Staff were always busy and sometimes unfriendly (some were more switched on than others). Many drinks on the bar menu were out of stock or the receptionist didn't know how to make them. It just all felt a bit incompetent.

The staff at the front desk in the morning were unhelpful and the indifferent attitude by the female over the phone refusing to provide me with packets of coffee left a very bad taste in my mouth I was told I needed to go downstairs to get them

A very quaint hotel located closely to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, a & Metro station

Very quaint, boutique hotel. Nicely designed, excellently staffed. New York Times every morning in the waiting room. Bright, glass ceiling breakfast nook with delicious pastries, fresh juice, eggs, pancakes, toast, yogurt, etc. etc. A TV in the room with at least 3 English speaking news stations. WiFi. A 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of small restaurants, cafes, patisseries and pharmacies nearby. A metro station (Passy) within a 5 minute walk.

This is Europe, so the rooms are small! The elevator is also... but hey, they have an elevator and that is a big plus for a 7 story hotel. (Believe me, I stayed at a 4 story pension w/ no elevator... lugging 2 sets of luggage up those stairs was not fun. Sweaty... yes. Fun...no!) Once you understand the size issue, it is easy to get over and just enjoy yourself.

Superb

Overall our stay was nice. The morning breakfast buffet was enough to get our mornings started as when traveling with a family it is sometimes challenging to find places to eat that everyone likes. Location was good and near Trocadero an Rue de Passy which was nice.

Traveling with older age parents and tubs had very high sides. Was a bit challenging but we made it work but not without concern of a fall. A better room description might help prepare for such things.

Surprisingly perfect!

Perfect location! right in the middle of everything and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. The 16th district is a high end section of the city with lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel offered a nice breakfast and rooms were very clean! the beds were super super comfy, probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in with such crisp and clean sheets! Staff was so helpful and let us leave our bags until the room was ready. Not a very big hotel but it was very nice stay in the family room.

The elevator was small, but it worked. ;)
