2 nights in Solkan with friends

Nice hotel in the north area of Nova Gorica. (Solkan). Basic rooms with comfy beds, everything was spotless clean. Many options for breakfast and we had also had a nice dinner in the restaurant one night. Free parking available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money!

The shower booth, within a comfortable bathroom, was so tiny that I just couldn’t get into it and consequently could not have a shower when I desperately needed one. Very frustrating!

Nice traditional hotel with a decent restaurant and cyclist friendly

Nice, larger, traditional hotel - good condition despite being a bit older Good-sized, comfortable room and bathroom with tiny balcony Air conditioning in room Nice restaurant with outdoor patio and good food at decent prices Good, secure bike storage Quiet town location and close to Soca River Bike Path

Breakfast was ok but coffee from their machines was not drinkable (we paid extra to get restaurant cappuccinos)

Sober, basic hotel with small bathroom, parking at hotel is good, staff friendly. Good restaurant.

Breakfast was very poor. There was no nprmal bread. No fruitsalad. Not much choice in cold cuts. No bacon, only scrambled eggs.

The location was good since we wanted to travel the western part of Slovenia as well as Italy. The breakfast was good, however the range can be increased. The staf was very friendly and the cleanliness was top notch.

A safe in the apartment would be nice. The single beds could be slightly wider
