The guesthouse is in an unbeatable location just off Piazza Navona. It's therefore a short walk from many prime locations in Rome, making it a perfect place to stay. It is well insulated and we did not have any issues sleeping even though it's in a busy part of the city. Staff were very helpful during the check-in and checkout process, making out stay smooth.
Some small improvements can be made to the cleanliness, however the guesthouse is on the right track.

The location. The comfort was nice. Every important attraction was max 15 mins walk.
I thought I'd a Jacuzzi which was there in the ad but it was not there for my room. Bathroom did not lock

No Breakfast, location was great.
No on site management. thus a real problem in initially getting in. TV had no instructions thus only could get Italian stations. Management there briefly one day and spoke English but help on spoke TV was done by Italian help which was there that day and worked on getting English station but we were unable to replicate how and did not see either of them again. Overall the biggest complaint was no on site person for the most part.
