The staff was amazing. We met Monica when we checked in and she was super friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast delivered to our room every day at 8:10 sharp -that was really a treat. We loved our room either way the private balcony. Room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable

The hotel ‘s location was perfect. We’re walkers so the hotels location gave us walking access to all the sites. Along the way we encountered beautiful plazas (everywhere) restaurants and shops. Simply perfect

good location and the room was clean but definitely a little small.

the staff wasn’t there 24/7 which was fine but they said we could leave our luggage after checkout at the desk and that they’d be there when we got back to get it. unfortunately they were not and we had turned in our key for the door. luckily we were able to get ahold of someone who was great & came quickly.

Very small room but we weren't in there much, bathroom sink was tiny and hard to use without splashing water everywhere. Could use better signage so you know where it is.

A well located location with easy access to the main points of interest. We had problems at the location with the supply of hot water. One afternoon and the next day we had no hot water at the location. After a day of sightseeing you urgently need to take a shower. I understood the technical problem of the location, but when we asked the owner for a favor to let us have the room from 11.00 to 16.00, he asked us for 60 euros. Later he spoke to us badly and inappropriately. He does not have an attitude worthy of a person who works with tourists at all. The toiletries were in short supply and we had to buy new ones. For the month of January, the temperature in the room was not suitable. I was left with a bitter taste from the experience with the owner.
