An unforgettable experience at Navona Queen Rooftop — honestly the best hotel I have booked so far. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel completely at home.
A special thank you to Matteo, the owner, for his kindness and hospitality. Also Kevin and Cristina were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is close by since the hotel is right near Piazza Navona, making it easy to walk everywhere in Rome. One of the most beautiful parts was the rooftop terrace, where you could even see the Capitoline area and enjoy spectacular views of the city.
The room was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room we chose was one of the larger ones, and it was absolutely beautiful.
What truly makes this place special is the way they treat their guests — like family. They offer snacks, chips, drinks, and so many thoughtful touches that make you feel welcomed all the time.
Thank you again for such an unforgettable stay. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

We had a wonderful but short stay at the Navona Queen. Matteo is charming and very helpful, answering all of our questions and concerns. Christina is especially amazing, working all throughout the property, even making breakfast, which was so good. Love the cappuccino. They were both so kind to my family. Rooftop is gorgeous both for breakfast and the bar. Nice sunsets, with a view of the Vatican. Nicely located for walking to all of Rome's sites. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
