Great staff and clean room

This was a nice property, although somewhat bare bones. It did have two king beds, which was fantastic for us. Two bathrooms one was a little larger than the other. The safety was nice with combo locks on two sets of doors before getting to your hotel room. There was no dresser to unpack into, but there was a nice hanger area for hanging clothes up only one luggage holder in each room. We booked through Travelocity, but the hotel responded to our booking through Expedia so we never got the check-in instructions. It all worked out in the end and the staff was very nice and kind but be aware that you need to receive check-in instructions before arriving at the hotel.

Excellent location. Room is beautifully functional. Bed is perfect. Everything Rome is right out the door.

Perfect location and wonderful apartment. Not always fully staffed but easy enough to communicate via phone and text. Clean and air conditioned well! Very convenient for our family of four.
