Beautiful room and furniture with stunning view and good location

This was honestly one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. 🇮🇹♥️Staying here made our time in Rome feel truly special. The location is wonderful, but what we loved most was the beautiful view and the atmosphere of the place it really made us feel like we were experiencing the true spirit of Rome. The balcony was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Every day, after exploring the city, we actually looked forward to coming back just to relax on the balcony, enjoy the view, and take in the wonderful Roman atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the entire trip. The host was also incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more comfortable and enjoyable. We are leaving with such lovely memories and would absolutely choose to stay here again whenever we return to Rome. Thank you so much for making our visit so memorable.

Location was excellent and air conditioning worked really well in the middle of a big heatwave

The 2 chairs in the room are quite old and the padding in one was not very good so abit uncomfortable.

Very good location with Rome rooftop view. It would have been nice to receive some info on the area in the room. Whilst most, including us, would generally turn left on leaving the premises toward piazza Navona I strongly recommend turning right and exploring the artisan district.

We were underwhelmed with the room which was market as a “Grand Deluxe” - it’s not! Whilst entirely functional it falls well below Grand Deluxe status. The bathroom is very very small 2.5m x 1m and the flat pack erected wardrobe had no place for hanging dresses. The owners could also improve simply by providing a bottle of water in the fridge and some information on the local area. Bed linen is only changed after 7 days unless you want to pay more (again not Grand Deluxe) service.
