Addy was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Location was great for our needs. Shuttle Service was great.
Entrance way was under construction/ painting so a little nervous at first. Plastic chair uncomfortable. A pull out couch would have been more suitable than the single bed for us. Didn’t like the stairs but I understand. Code pad very open so a little worried about security but we were fine inside our room.

Very nice room, clean, very good location, close to everything, walking distance, all good 👍
Only thing I didn’t like was the bed sheets, wasn’t proper duvet cover, just two separate sheets between the duvet and a bit annoying while sleeping and in the morning when trying to tidy the bed, also instead so many tea bags, nice to have some coffee in the morning when you wake up, everything else was 👍

beds and room space
full size mirror would be nice in the suite but there's only one mirror and it's in the bathroom. shower sliders were dirty on the bottom. It was hard to find and messy place on the ground floor. Looks like they're renovating. otherwise, I slept good the beds were pretty and very comfy.
