Nice hotel and close to many restaurants.

Great location and cute hotel. Room was clean and nice. Beds were hard but I slept well. Location was amazing. Right outside the hotel you have many many restaurants, bars, gelato etc. they upgraded us when we arrived and got a private roof deck with a jacuzzi! Staff was very helpful and coordinated an airport transfer for us.

Every thing was great. The suite (one bedroom w a pull out couch) was a bit small when the bed was pulled out.

The place is perfect as it is really close to major and important places to visit like Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, castle Sant’Angelo, and trevi fountain. All within walking distance

None it was all perfect and amazing place to stay. Romina and Flavia made us at ease and feel like home. All the crew are very helpful pleasant and respectful. I will come back to stay and recommend to my families and friends

Perfect location near Piazza Navona

What a find! We had a great stay here, and our room was great, especially with comfortable beds and the much-needed air conditioning! The staff were really helpful and friendly. Perfect location, very near Piazza Navona itself, and a short walk in the other direction to the Vatican. Surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars, gelateria and shops. We walked around for ages, trying to find the hotel in the first place, but once we got our bearings, we couldn't have stayed in a better location. Google maps takes you to the back of the building. We really want to return soon. Would definitely stay here again.

The one younger lady at the front desk could have been more serviceable, she was always on her phone and ignored guests. The rest of the staff were great.

Lovely boutique Roman style hotel

Great location easy walk to major sites. Step outside for many restaurants and shops! Rooms are clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Good to know they have airport transfers available for less or same as a taxi.

(there is no internet at all in the hotel) we found much better and cheap hotel and right 5 min walk away from there so do yourself a favor and book another hotel.it really only deserves 50€ a day, i regret paying that much...

Great place, fantastic room very modern and spacious. fantastic location for everything ancient rome

The location is excellent we walked everywhere, loved the narrow streets and lanes surrounding the hotel. The balcony and view were great.

Only downside was the noise from a couple of local bars who are really pushing the late night music. I sleep like a log so it didn't bother me, my wife doesn't so it did present a small challenge.

Great hotel for a stay in the centre of Rome.

Excellent location to visit sites, we walked to everything! Good sized room which is equipped with mini bar and coffee machine. Hotel had a spa, looked lovely, but never used. Staff great, esp when they helped us to get to the taxi, when the city was closed due to Giro De Italia was in town.

Beds hard and would have been good to have some information in the room regarding facilities and things to do in Rome.

The property was excellent; staff were very accommodating and helpful. They provided assistance with booking trips, advice on things to see and do. The property was in an excellent location, very central to all attractions. Although May consider it to be in a noisy area as there was a lot of bar and restaurant noise this was not an issue during our stay and added to its character and ambience. if late night noise is an issue for some it may not be ideal but to be candid Rome city centre is generally a hubbub of activity and noise and this is what adds to its charm. I would highly recommend.

Perfection in Rome’s Centro Storico

Do yourself a favour and stay in this beautiful hotel. It’s location is ideal, being a short stroll to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, The Patheon and sooo many wonderful food and wine stops in between. And this review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the kind and incredibly helpful staff who always greet you with a smile and bend over backwards to make sure your experience of Roma is memorable.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city

Location: nestled in the middle of classic Italian Old Town, with lots of al fresco dining options. Walking distance to many attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and Colloseum (about 25 mins). Also around the corner from piazza Navona. Nearby markets and bars. Rooms: If you've booked a suite, you're in for a treat. Spacious rooms in the eaves of the building with a terrace amd hot tub. Heaven. Perfect way to relax in the evening (even on a cold night) after a day of sight seeing.

The best cozy little hotel in the heart of Rome

Cosa è piaciuto · This hotel is a pearl in the very heart of Rome. I tried many similar places in the historical center and Navona Palace is by far the best. All looks in very good shape and perfectly maintained, differently from most places in old Roman buildings I have tried earlier. The rooms are spacious and very well organized, with everything you may need, including easy sockets for electronics, space for suitcases and a large closet to hang clothes. The bathroom looked fresh and recently renovated, and there was a towels heater already on. The room temperature was perfect, we visited end of December and nights are cold in some Roman apartments in this period, but not at Navona Palace. We stayed for New Year's eve and we all slept good, even if our room was located over a very lively street (with a beautiful view). We had help to find our way around, thanks to maps printed by the hotel (google map sometimes is tricky in Rome). We had help also to book the transfer to the airport. Unlimited amount of espresso in the room and the agreement with Bar Del Fico next door makes for a very inexpensive and rich breakfast in a lovely cafe' -rather than in a boring hotel's restaurant. For the quality of the service, the amazing location and the tidiness of the place, the cost is a bargain, you really feel you made a good deal, when comparing with nearby hotels and apartments without the same quality of service. Not to forget the staff: always around at any time of the day and night, smiling, talkative, and super efficient. Could not find one single thing to improve. We will be back!
