The area is crazy-accessible to everything. Great location, and we love that it is right in the middle of the oldest, least logical streets of the old town.

The experience was great. The place was super clean, also very quiet. The staff were very helpful, helped me with my luggage as I arrived way earlier than check in time.
Technically, you could do check in and also check out all by yourself. In fact, staff was not available for check out, as the check out time is 10 am and the staff get to work at 10am.
Communications via hotels.com app were surprisingly easy. The staff were very responsive to my questions and requests.
