MILLINA SUITES IN NAVONA

Loved the location! So close to piazza Navona and other major sites. So many restaurants and bars in the area. Comfy room. Was also able to leave my bags for the day whilst I waited for flight. Staff were very helpful carrying luggage upstairs for me!

Nothing! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay I even returned two weeks later!

Excellent location, amongst friendly restaurants, bars and 1 minute from piazza Navona which is lovely at night. Also quick and easy walking distance to other city sights, Trastevere and Vatican. Enjoyed its location so much I returned there 2 weeks later. Was a handy luggage storage 50m away where I was able to leave some belongings whilst I travelled other parts of Italy. Loved this part of Rome especially as a solo female, felt super safe.

Nothing, was a great experience all round

Staff cleaned roome daily, provided free water, juice, and coffee in the room. Beds were comfortable.

This felt a little more like an AirB&B, and when I booked I thought it would be more of a hotel experience. If you are visiting Rome as a tourist, it is nice to have staff to converse with and help with things as needed.

Brilliant location.

Had to chase for info pre arrival, detailed arrival info has always supplied by other properties I have stayed in Rome. Electronic door openers on app are excellent idea except there isn’t sufficient 5G coverage within building to open the apartment door. Intercom system was completely unintelligible. Poor WiFi within room, kept dropping out. But the biggest issue was the poor AC, it was 37 degrees during our visit, the room was never cool. The automatic override meant no matter what temp you set, it defaulted to 25 degrees. A temperature which it did not even achieve. Our travel plans changed which meant we checked out after 1 night but regardless we would have left. The room temperature was intolerable, when raised with staff we were simply told to ‘give it time’.
