The property itself is cozy and beautiful. It is very well located. The bus stop is right next door to the building which is very convenient to reach the Termini to catch the train to the airport or to move around the city. But most of the landmarks are reachable by foot. However the best part of the hotel is Gabriele the receptionist. He is truly a 5 star customer service. His dedication and his recommendations are a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely go back.

The location is excellent! It’s on a busy road so it is noisy. Room and bathroom was good and clean.

The location and the host guy was friendly and kind.
The room was not in the same stage like you can see in the images. The pictures show the new conditions and the room was older and more used. It was disappointing. It was so noisy.
