Nice hotel, with breakfast and dinner included. The room would need a little thorough cleaning on walls and the bathrooms drain made loud noises of the rooms next to it. A little refresh and it would be perfect.

We recently stayed here and overall had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer.
One thing to be aware of is that there were a lot of families and kids staying at the hotel, many of whom appeared to be in town for youth sports tournaments. It made for a lively, busy atmosphere, so if you're looking for a quiet getaway, it's something to keep in mind.
The only significant downside for us was the bed. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable, and we didn't get the restful sleep we were hoping for. If the mattresses were updated, this would have been an outstanding stay.
Overall, we'd still recommend the hotel for its excellent service, great food, and amenities. We hope the bed situation improves because everything else was wonderful.

Everything about it was super they serve good breakfast and lunch and I believe even dinner all included in the booking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and professional to the highest level. I loved the place it has a huge lobby well decorated and rooms well maintained and functional

Located more in the suburbs, but near to a tram stop and a bus stop so getting about is no problem. Meals are all great food. If it’s not your thing then there’s many restaurants and shops nearby to sort yourself out. Staff are all super helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely. Enough space and have rituals products in the bathroom. We even got slipper and a bathrobe to use whilst there too. Definitely would stay here again, if fantastic value for money
