Convenient and central location, the front desk staff were really helpful and breakfast was good.
We booked a room without window for our one-night stay - which was absolutely fine (guaranteed darkness)!

Excellent breakfast (food variety and location), actually the best breakfast ever.
The place is just 1 min from Stockolm Central Station, right across the street, no need to transfer to/from, lots of time/money saved.

The location was perfect.
The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.
We had a window which helped but the room was really small and having the bed against the wall was very uncomfortable. The small electric fan helped otherwise it would have been stifling.!

The reception is rundown, awful decoration;
The corridors looked awful, they need an urgent painting;
My bedroom has no window and was a bit hot, you can't regulate the temperature at all in the room. It must be very warm during summer;
Quite expensive room for what you get;
My train to Stockholm was cancelled so I arrived one day later. The hotel didn't refund me despite making a request with one day in advance.
