The property was such a great location, lovely decor, very comfortable and a great bar and breakfast selection. We LOVED being able to play shuffleboard for free! The bar was always busy with a lovely atmosphere but not noisy. The hotel was lovely and peaceful at night for sleeping.
The room had no window which we knew when booking but it meant it was lovely and dark for sleeping.
The bathroom looked very basic but the shower was a pleasant surprise - really lovely!
No air con in the room so it was stuffy. A fan was provided but this just circulated warm air

Good location, just metres from the train station;

The reception is rundown, awful decoration;
The corridors looked awful, they need an urgent painting;
My bedroom has no window and was a bit hot, you can't regulate the temperature at all in the room. It must be very warm during summer;
Quite expensive room for what you get;
My train to Stockholm was cancelled so I arrived one day later. The hotel didn't refund me despite making a request with one day in advance.
