    We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent in the center, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport., esp central station. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and supportive. We really appreciated the great service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

    A pack of my belongings went missing during my stay. As I was trying to keep within airlines weight limits, I thought I had packed some of my things into my daughter’s luggage. However when I got home, I realised 1 pack of stuff was missing. There was no way the stuff was left at the hotel as I had checked the room thoroughly to make sure there was nothing left behind. The items are not very expensive but they are items which hold significant meaning and memories to me. There was no way to contact the hotel except through a loat item link. It’s been more than 5 days and I have not received any response from the hotel. I am very sad and disappointed, not only that my items went missing, but also by the lack of response from the hotel. If you are ever staying in this hotel, make sure you keep all your things and lock your luggage.
