Breakfast was great Location was grear Thoughtfulness and kindfulness of staff was great

When we arrived in the room the bathroom was not clean(flushed) and it gave me the creeps, never fully entered my mind if the hotel was clean enough. I would still return to the hotel given the chance

I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and sauna. I wasn’t informed at any point prior to arrival that neither of those would not be available during my stay. They “upgraded” the room, basically same room but overlooking the street rather than courtyard, as a compensation but still it didn’t make up for the lack of facilities. Moreover, the room was very hot with poor aircon and it was very hot few days which made it difficult to sleep.
