Problem with room, but quickly and efficiently upgraded. Location is very handy for Stockholm Central station. Room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Hotel has good facilities.

Central location. Very reach breakfast, always available place to sit, long opening hours of breakfast. Luggage room available.

For the family of 4 the room is quite small. But our main dissatisfaction and troubles were with the shower. Shower cabin is very small even for normal posture people. Rubber isolation is not installed on the shower doors and the water was always leaking and splashing to the floor outside of the shower cabin. After 4 persons took the shower it was very wet and we needed to wipe it with the towel. Shower tap is switching between hand shower and top shower very easily without making any click sound, or any mark on it, and the boarder between completely closed hand shower and top shower is very thin, one millimeter and it starts to drop from the top. Also on the tap there were no any 'grabbing', when you stop water and your hands are soapy it is very hard to open the shower again, as the surface is very smooth and your hand just slides on it. I think the price was a bit higher for such small family room with very small bathroom, and also that the insurance wasn't included in the price we need to pay for it extra, that fact was quite unpleasant.

The breakfast and location of the hotel was very good

I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and sauna. I wasn’t informed at any point prior to arrival that neither of those would not be available during my stay. They “upgraded” the room, basically same room but overlooking the street rather than courtyard, as a compensation but still it didn’t make up for the lack of facilities. Moreover, the room was very hot with poor aircon and it was very hot few days which made it difficult to sleep.
