    The hotel is in the heart of the city — super convenient to get around, you can basically walk everywhere. The staff were lovely and took great care of storing my chilled medication for me.     Good stay overall, excellent location, room was OK, pillows could be better, room really needs a mini fridge or cooler, surprising for a 4-star hotel not to have one, in-room safe would also be useful, no coffee maker in the room but free coffee all day in the lobby, no A/C but the central ventilation worked well for us, temperature control is limited to ±3°C from the base setting, our room stayed comfortable, keep the curtains closed during summer days to help keep the room cool, cleaning is on demand only, lobby, ground floor bar and common areas are trendy, modern, youthful and cozy, breakfast was good with great views, staff were great, TAK rooftop bar is recommended for some of the best views over Stockholm, the hotel feels connected to the city and locals rather than just a tourist hotspot, be mindful that the lobby bar and TAK may stop service earlier than the published hours with no final-call announcement, would recommend and stay again, but a mini fridge/cooler and in-room safe would make a big difference.
