    A great aparthotel, stylish and convenient. The staff were really helpful and Zakiriyah immensely so, going out of his way to help me with a rooming issue. This kind of attention would influence me to book again next time Im in Stockholm

    Would definitely book here again. Modern, stylish clean and practical. Loved the facilities, and the layout of the studios with comfy beds and kitchen. Excellent customer service with Zakiriyah making amazing efforts to sort things out for us, always at hand to help, respectful and professional.

    location was convenient and easy to spot from afar, and it’s only a short walk from the tram station, making it easy to get around Stockholm. The surrounding area was also great! Plenty of food options nearby and several grocery stores within walking distance, which made longer stays very comfortable. The facilities were honestly impressive for the price. There’s a 24/7 gym and also a 24/7 laundry room available for guests (even though it comes with a fee, it was still quite affordable). The reception area was also very thoughtfully equipped with free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot water, cold water, and even light snacks throughout the day, which was a really nice touch after long days out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. Another thing I liked was that the hotel is near a really nice lake area, which made morning or evening walks very enjoyable. One downside though was the communication with some of the cleaning staff. On my check-out day (which was at 11am), they knocked on my door twice — once around 9.45am and again around 10.10am. I wasn’t really sure what they wanted, and when I tried asking if it was just a gentle reminder about check-out timing, neither of them could reply in English. There were two staff members there as well. I feel like it would really help if they were at least trained to say a few basic phrases in English when interacting with guests. That aside, the stay was still very pleasant overall, and I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Stockholm.
