Location is good 👍 private and safe. The building and room are clean, comfy, pretty new ✨️, modern technology and quite sound proofs room

Very humble staff. Breakfast was very very good.

We booked a Ruby Choice room, so we didn't realise that the room could be of different types. The booking site showed a room with a window, so we went ahead and booked it. Had we known there was a possibility of getting a windowless room, we probably wouldn't have booked it, as I have quite severe claustrophobia. When we arrived, there was quite a long wait before we were given our room, and unfortunately, the room we received was in the basement and had no window. The room itself was actually very nicely decorated, modern, sleek and well designed but for me personally, being in a windowless basement room was too overwhelming. I went back to reception to explain the situation, and this is where Hanah deserves a huge shoutout. She was incredibly sweet, patient and understanding. She listened to me properly and genuinely tried to help. As we had to wait while she sorted everything out for us, she also kindly gave us complimentary drink vouchers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She eventually managed to arrange another room for us, and the difference was huge. The new room had a large window, was spacious, extremely clean and really lovely. The hotel also has some nice touches. There are coffee and tea facilities on every floor, along with ironing boards and irons, vending machines, cups, cutlery and other useful things. We also had breakfast, which was good overall. As a vegetarian, though, I would suggest keeping the vegetarian and non-vegetarian items a little more clearly separated, as this would make things easier for vegetarian guests. Overall, we had a good stay, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. A big thank you to Hanah for going above and beyond and making our stay a much better experience. She is a real asset to the hotel! ❤️

So you can't set the air conditioner at a temperature that you want. I felt that the room was a little warm for me. Each room is very different the first room they gave me was horrible with the non-working air conditioner very small with the view of nothing. Second room they gave me was a nicer size and bigger but is missing lots of things for the price point. I had to pay for two breakfasts when there was only one me. There's no refrigerator or any kind of amenities whatsoever in the room like a toothbrush or a razor or a shower cap for that matter. They give you bottle of soap and a bottle of shampoo conditioner and soap in the shower. I don't like the way the shower is set up. You have to close a curtain to get any privacy so if you're a little shy about your naked body you have to close a curtain. The room also wasn't cleaned properly. She swept the floor and replaced the towels and didn't even bother to make the bed. At that price point you should have had a thorough cleaning like you do in every hotel. Breakfast is second day did not include any kind of pancakes and only had hard boiled eggs for approximately 28 US dollars a person bother to cook some eggs. Juices weren't fresh. Coffee drinks for very good. There's no stuff to help you to your room. It's kind of a do-it-yourself egalitarian hotel. I like the location. Staff is not knowledgeable about nearby restaurants or where to eat. Doesn't feel like the people that work at this hotel or hotel people just hipsters with lots of tattoos. It would have been good for $***US dollars a night with breakfast but I paid $***for two nights wasn't really a good value for sure.
