The room is spacious and staff polite and helpful. Location is near metro line and plenty of food options and grocery stores. However, the soundproofing is not so great especially when the guest next door do not make any attempt to close his door softly and we can feel as if earthquake strikes each time he leaves or enters the room. Perhaps, the hotel can consider removing the door auto closing to minimise the noise. Also the room temperature is a bit cold despite we have turned it to max of 24 degree.

This particular Scandic Go location was in a nice area and conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were sizeable. Some amenities could be better, but you pay for what you get. They only do garbage service. Only small-medium size towel. No TV, unless you login to your personal account. The window view was good to let fresh air in. The downstairs cafe and lobby space is decent. Overall a good value for the price, but a few more touches like better towels and cleaning service and it would be even more worth it.

It was the best underground room with no windows type of room I have had. The room I was given had newer bathroom and carpet. It’s big enough to open two luggage. The air flow feels fresh despite no windows. They allow early check- in if room is available. The lobby has luggage lockers, many work tables, and laundry facility. Location is excellent, close to bus stops, metro stations. The direct airport shuttle Vy Flygsbusana stops at Fridhems station which is diagonally across the street (about 3 minutes walk). The staff was super responsive changing us to a bigger and newer room when the safe had issues. Very happy stay there. Would come back again.

The room did not have a chair or small table. The Television had no free-to-air channels.
