    I honestly don’t know where to start. The staff acted like I was bothering, . No greeting, no smile, just attitude when I asked a simple question about my booking. Management was unapologetic, just shrugging me off. The staff seemed annoyed that I even dared to bring up issues. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality out of 56 countries visited. I travel a lot, but I’ve never seen a hotel staff so uninterested in doing their job. I left earlier than planned because staying any longer felt like punishment. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of hotels—literally ANY other hotel—that will treat you better than this one.
