The breakfast was great, location very good and the staff superlative. We were especially very happy with the care and service we received from CHRISTOPHER and TOVA. They both went above and beyond in helping us make our stay a wonderful one.

The room was extremely hot upon our arrival. The AC didn’t work. It took a day and another night for the room to cool down with the windows open.

Early check in was provided for a reasonable additional cost. Breakfast was very good. The location is very close to public transport, shops and restaurants. They even had dumbbells and a workout video right in your room, no need to find a gym.
Located on a VERY NOISY STREET during the night and early morning hours. We were staying on the second floor from Friday til Monday. On the weekend people were partying very loudly on the street right below our window. On Monday morning a lot of service trucks (garbage pickup etc) were making a lot of noise. On a positive note: earplugs were provided.
They forgot to clean under the bed after check out of the previous guests. We found dirty clothes and trash there.
