Overlooking the sea, the 50 m² two-room apartment “Ostseerauschen” is located on the first floor of Villa Meeresrauschen. It is designed to accommodate three people, and dogs are also welcome!
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. The living area is complemented by a small, open kitchenette, a lovely dining area, and a cozy sofa area (with a pull-out bed)—the highlight is the unobstructed ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows!
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which seats four people—enjoy the breathtaking ocean view! A shared bike storage room is also available.
Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s designated outdoor parking space No. 5 (the one on the left). Through the building entrance at No. 14, you can take the elevator or the stairs to the 1st floor.

Fur eine größere Gruppe/ Familie optimal, da auch zu den Nachbarn ausreichend Abstand möglich ist. Leider dadurch etwas weit zum Meer. Das Grundstück insgesamt ist top und wirklich riesig.
