Sehr geschmackvolle, gepflegte Anlage bzw. Wohnung mit gehobenem Standard in sehr guter, city-naher Lage. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Das App. 3.11 mit separatem Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Auch die Balkonterrasse bietet viel Platz. Ab 12 Uhr bis zum frühen Abend scheint darauf die Sonne (wir waren Anfang August dort). Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Rundum kann man sich hier sehr wohlfühlen und - je nach Lage der Wohnung - eine tolle Aussicht ins Grüne oder auf die See genießen.

Unser Hund hatte tolle "Gassi-Möglichkeiten" (Wald hinter dem Haus, Hundestrand in der Nähe). Für die Kinder war die Strandnähe super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.
