The Meerchenwald vacation home is in an excellent location—quiet, yet close to both the beach and the town center. The Baltic Sea, the kilometer-long sandy beach, and the lively town center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Timmendorfer’s promenade, with its diverse array of restaurants and select shops, invites you to stroll and linger. Five stunning apartments offer contemporary luxury and every comfort across 100 square meters of living space for 4 to 6 people. The exceptionally high-quality amenities—such as solid wood floors, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with electric exterior blinds, as well as exclusive bathrooms and state-of-the-art kitchens—ensure a high standard of living in a magnificent setting.
The ground-floor apartment at Meerchenwald 1 features 3 separate bedrooms with electrically adjustable box-spring beds (180x200), blackout pleated blinds, and a TV; two modern en-suite shower bathrooms; and an additional guest restroom in the entryway. In the hallway, a large built-in closet offers ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Please note that the bed in the small bedroom can only be accessed from the foot of the bed. The spacious living area, with huge glass walls opening onto the south-facing terrace and small garden, features a cozy XXL sofa, TV, DVD player, and surround sound system. Of course, Wi-Fi is available for free. The adjoining dining area seats 6 people, and the perfectly equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen-diner is sure to leave nothing to be desired. A highlight is the apartment’s built-in sauna, which invites you to relax in any season. The windows are fitted with exterior sun-blocking blinds.
