Great spot in an interesting place, very well appointed with everything you could need. Very impressed with everything on offer in this apartment. Relaxing, quiet, lots of space and right in the heart of the village. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Couple things to consider when booking - laundry charge per night was a surprise to us, and several flights of stairs to get to the apartment on the top floor, nothing unusual with these types of apartment blocks though.

Passt, super Kommunikation für den Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt hatten.

Super zentral gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und gleich naher der Fußgängerzone. Das hat allerdings seinen Preis im Bezug auf die Poser, die dann doch gerne mal Lärm machen. Wer keinen Aufwand haben möchte, kann gut in der näher Frühstücken. Eine vergessene Sonnenbrille wurde mit umgehend zugestellt, herzlichen Dank dafür.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm – sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sodass ich mich sofort

Alles war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer machte den Eindruck, als wäre es gerade erst renoviert worden. Es war modern eingerichtet. Besonders positiv: Es gab viele Kleiderbügel – in manchen Unterkünften sind es eher wenige – sowie einen großen Kleiderschrank zum Einsortieren der Sachen. Wirklich gut mitgedacht.

Es gab wirklich nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat – höchstens Kleinigkeiten, die eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau wären. Zum Beispiel knarrt der Boden im Schlafzimmer ziemlich laut, wenn man darüber geht. Ich vermute, die Nachbarn darunter könnten das auch gehört haben – aber bei einem Dielenboden ist das eben kaum zu ändern. Außerdem ging das Außenlicht nicht sofort an, sondern erst, wenn man fast oben war. Schön wären noch ein paar zusätzliche Handtuchhaken gewesen und vielleicht ein Fön, wobei ich nicht sicher bin, ob das in einem Apartment überhaupt üblich ist (das wäre eher Hotelstandard).

Locație centrala. Apartamentul e în regula pentru o familie mica.

Lipsa sacilor suplimentari de gunoi. Lipsa gelului de dus, săpun puțin, putine prosoape de hârtie. Părea să fie totul pe economie. Un om în vârsta de la curățenie aproape ca ne-a dat afară la ora 10 în ziua plecării, deși eram cu copii mici și i-am explicat ca mai avem nevoie de 20 de minute. A făcut presiune în timp ce alăptam copilul să eliberăm camera imediat. Foarte nepoliticos și fără sens. Nu am mai întâlnit asemenea comportament. Taxa suplimentara pentru lenjerii în plic nu e în interesul clientului. Comunicarea prin telefon, care e sensul acestei platforme dacă nu răspunde proprietarul la mesaje?

Leider lag das Schlafzimmer zur Straße, man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil es echt sehr laut war.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Wir waren schon öfter in diversen Ferienwohnungen am Timmendorfer Strand und ich muss sagen: das war die beste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten. Kontaktaufnahme schnell und unkompliziert und auch dass wir erst so spät kamen war kein Problem. Die Lage ist mehr als hervorragend. Das ganze Appartement war super sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die große Badewann war ein großer Pluspunkt.

Wenn es überhaupt irgendetwas zu meckern gibt, dann dass der Herr von der Reinigung am Abreisetag etwas Druck gemacht hat. Wir begegneten ihm im Flur als wir 10 Uhr die Wohnung räumten. Laut Vertrag sollten wir vis 11 Uhr auschecken.

Lækker nyrenoveret lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Lækker og stor lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver. Super beliggenhed tæt på både by og strand.

Du skal være i god form, for der er mange trapper og ingen elevator. Vi var der i vinterferien, hvor det var koldt. Lejligheden og huset var først gennemvarmet da vi vågnede dag 2.

Richtig schön, wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, mitten in der „Stadt“ von Timmendorfer Strand. Zu Fuß war alles zu erreichen und es war trotzdem nicht zu voll.

Leider war es abends/nachts unfassbar laut, was aber daran lag, dass im Ort ein Feuerwehrfest stattfand. Das war natürlich einfach Pech, da hat die Unterkunft nichts mit zu tun 😄
