About this apartment rental
Luxury Suite 0.07 is located on the garden level of the White Pearl, just a second row back from the fine-sand beach that stretches for kilometers. With 90 m2 of space, it can accommodate 4 people. Your dog is welcome, too! The two spacious bedrooms each feature a double box-spring bed and a 50-inch TV. Cribs can be provided upon request. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, while the other offers a view of the forest.
You can look forward to a cozy living-dining area. This area also has additional access to the terrace and features another 50-inch TV. All TVs are streaming-enabled.
The suite features an open and modern kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The modern natural stone and marble bathroom, as well as the private sauna with a glass front (2.37 x 1.19 m), round out the suite.
A highlight of the apartment is the wraparound terrace, which is bathed in sunlight from morning through the afternoon, allowing for relaxing days in a beach chair or a delicious meal in the fresh air.
The apartment includes an underground parking space. You can easily take the elevator from there to the first floor.
The apartment is accessible in accordance with LBO standards.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are built to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wir waren mittlerweile das dritte oder vierte Mal im White-Pearl. Alle Wohnungen waren in einem herausragenden Zustand und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Timmendorf, Niendorf und Scharbeutz zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren für eine Woche Gast in der White Pearl, und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und auch das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
