It’s centrally located right on the promenade, with a lovely tree-lined avenue and the beach. Shopping options and the famous spa promenade are within walking distance—the perfect spot for strolling and dining.
You’ll also find a parking space on the property, which is completely fenced in.

This modernly furnished 3-room apartment in a two-family house is located on the first floor in Timmendorfer Strand. The living area is 90 m² and can accommodate 4 people.
The entryway, featuring a built-in closet and coat rack, leads directly into the spacious living and dining area.
This area is furnished with a cozy sofa set and a fireplace (you must bring your own approved fuel), as well as an LCD TV, a radio, and a large dining table that seats 6. The living area can be darkened with blackout curtains.
The bright, open kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, where you can show off your culinary skills.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker.
You can enjoy your meals right on one of the two covered terraces.
You can access the terraces from the kitchen as well as from the living area and one of the bedrooms.
