The location was great, the property was clean and comfortable and it was good value.
The only issue was communication, but this is my problem and not the hosts. I cannot speak French and unfortunately all of the video instructions are in French. Because the room is in a unit complex attached to a shopping centre in the middle of a city, it was impossible initially to find exactly where we could park to collect the keys. it was also very hard to work out where the front of the property was. But once we had overcome those hurdles, everything was fine.

Good sized, comfortable, airy apartment with kitchen facilities & washing machine. Well-located in the old town with private car parking facility.
Initial entry to the apartment & car park was confusing despite many information notes & videos. It could be simplified. Contact with host or manager was not straightforward.
