Stressful due to lack of support.

Location

The Concierge was very difficult to communicate with. The main door key pad worked 1 in 10 tries. The parking is on lower -6 floors and tight if your car is mid to large. The car parking card for entry & exit was very old and assistance had to be requested entering & exiting the parking garage. The people in charge blamed the concierge for not renewing the card which was old and worn. The address of the apartment was incorrect & took over 2 hours to find using a local person’s assistance who worked exactly next door to the relevant building because the address was incorrect. It took 2 days for the linen for the sofa bed to arrive despite the request being made before arrival. All but one written communication arrived late, and we acted in accordance to logic in the absence of instructions. This whole process caused us stress and spoilt much of the stay which was to attend a wedding.

Good location

Apartment was in a great location. The apartment had a great sized kitchen. Having a washing machine was also helpful.

We had trouble with finding the apartment. And also accessing the carpark. Trouble getting in and out due to card not working and also work going on in the carpark and not able to access our car easily. Very annoying. However host did try to help each time. We also found the shower was very slippery.

Family visit and touring

fantastic location walked everywhere in town parking was a must for our week. direct by elevator so didn't have to go outside of building extremely handy with luggage our car was bigger than the norm but we managed fine host very helpful navigating some things. watch his video very detailed quaint room large bathroom bed very comfortable

We are so pleased we chose this apartment for our stay in Nimes.

This modern apartment is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The air conditioning both in the main living area and the bedroom is most welcomed. It is easily accessed by a lift. Car parking is provided directly below the apartment in a private area of the public car park and the lift from the car park takes you directly to the apartment. A central location on a wide boulevard very close to supermarkets and many restaurants.

Fantastic stay in the heart of the city

Great location in the city centre, comfortable and well equipped apartment, quiet place. Close to market and shopping centre. Philippe-Alexandre is very helpful and communicative especially the case of issuing the invoice for my company :-)

A little bit complicated access to the property (two pin codes is good exercise for memory) and very narrow corridors in the garage for bigger cars. But for safety reason it is the best to leave the car there.

some of the information provided wasn’t correct: - wifi information hasn’t been updated and replacement wifi wasn’t great - the street # on booking.com differed from checkin instructions which caused confusion when locating the property

Beautiful and Conveniently Located Apartment

Wonderful apartment with extra comfortable bedding and excellent air conditioning to cool the rooms down with. It had a good sized kitchen to prepare meals within and a large refrigerator. Locating the apartment and getting inside was very easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Most of the attractions of the city were within short walking distance as well.

Not relevant to the property but more of a heads up to travelers relying on transport; the public transportation in Nimes was slightly confusing to figure out. Google Maps did not recognise any bus routes to take us from the train station to the accommodation despite there being an existing line which encircles the outskirts of the heart of the city (as seen attached). The official transportation website was clunky as well and took some digging to figure out the following day. To arrive from Nimes central station, you can catch the line 10 bus directly outside the entrance of the station. It'll ride a few stops before you need to get off, with the fourth stop being Gambetta-Coupole. The accommodation was basically right outside of this stop. To return to the station, just catch the same line on the opposite side. I have also attached a couple of images for reference.

A good place for visitors with a car.

This apartment was well-located for walking all over Nimes. Access was clearly explained and the car park was a bonus. Having a washing machine was great and the apartment was well equipped.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at La Balade Nimoise Center. The apartment was clean and well equipped in a very central location in Nime, close to attractions and shops. The car park provided was excellent and watching the video before arrival was useful to see what to expect in accessing the car park.

Fantastic place in an Unbeatable location to enjoy Nimes

Great location close to everything, monuments, restaurants,… all in walking distance. There is a market with great variety of local products just behind the apartment and a very convenient 24h store as well.

A really comfortable, quiet apartment in a lovely city.

The location in Nimes was excellent. Being above the market meant we could easily get food for breakfast. The apartment was very well equipped. We could have stayed longer! The communication about the location, how to enter the parking and the apartment was all clear and easy to follow. Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus.

Idéal

L'emplacement est idéal et le logement offre de précieux avantages lorsqu'on se trouve en plein centre ville, parking, ascenseur, proximité des attractions touristiques etc... Les vidéos envoyés par le proprio pour faciliter l'installation des arrivants sont très explicite ! Et les ambiguïté sur la fonctionnalité de la carte de parking ( comme on peut le voir sur plusieurs commentaires) ne sont dues qu'à la mauvaise utilisation de ceux-ci. Tout fonctionnait a merveille.

Les souffleries de chauffage faisaient un peu de bruit mais on s'y fait, sinon ils fonctionnait très bien !

bel endroit pour visiter Nîmes en toute quiétude

Appartement très calme, confortable, lumineux avec une très bonne literie et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour ce séjour à 2. L'entrée, comme la sortie est très facile avec les explications données. Le parking privé et sécurisé est un plus indéniable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Nîmes à pied. Le seul regret est de partir.

Alojamiento muy céntrico que te permite visitar la ciudad andando. Camas muy cómodas y cocina bien equipada. El parking gratuito con acceso directo al apartamento es un plus. El anfitrión proporciona todas las indicaciones para llegar sin problema alguno. Lo recomiendo con creces

Nimes und die Unterkunft waren sehr schön. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Der Zugang mit 2 Codes und Parkkarte war herausfordernd, aber wenn man in alles genau liest, zu bewältigen. Anonym, aber ok. Die Lage ist super, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Parkhaus ist absolut sicher, aber sehr eng. Man muss wissen, wie man wieder rein kommt (Schlüssel für Fahrstuhl) Im Notfall einfach die Anwohner fragen, waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Appartement au centre de Nîmes

- Bon emplacement, central à Nîmes, avec un marché juste au bout. - L'appartement est globalement agréable, la chambre est confortable. - Ascenseur directement du parking à l'appartement. - Le propriétaire répond rapidement via WhatsApp.

Le score de Booking est gonflé, l'appartement est correct, mais pas fabuleux. - Ils indiquent Réception 24h/24, mais il n'y a pas de Réception, c'est un service à distance. Il s’agit d’une publicité directement trompeuse. - Beaucoup de bruit aérien. La ventilation ne peut pas être arrêtée car il s’agit d’un système de l'inmeuble. L'équipement de climatisation/chauffage ne dispose pas d'unité extérieure en raison de restrictions de propriété. - Il est difficile de comprendre comment entrer et sortir du parking, malgré la vidéo qu'ils vous envoient. Vous perdez beaucoup de temps. - L'eau de la douche se répand sur le sol car la paroi de douche est petite. - Pour faire le check-out, vous devez quitter le parking, faire une longue tour, vous garer à nouveau (et payer) et retourner à l'appartement pour laisser les clés et la carte de stationnement. Malgré cela, ils vous demandent de partir à 10 heures. Cela pourrait être à 11 heures ou à 12 heures. - Certains meubles en mauvais état (pieds de table qui dansent, tiroir qui se démonte) - Comptoir de cuisine avec extensions de puissance passant sur la cuisinière - Il n'y a pas de place dans les armoires de cuisine pour laisser de la nourriture

SUPER emplacement pour visiter tout à pied la vieille ville et ses magnifiques monuments, s'approvisionner à pied d'œuvre aux Halles, sans utiliser la voiture laissée au parking car il est très difficile de stationner en ville.

Accueil tout informatisé mais par téléphone personne affable et prévenante. Pas de lave-vaisselle

Un séjour exceptionnel dans une très belle ville

Un emplacement exceptionnel au centre ville, un très bel appartement bien équipé et calme, une conciergerie disponible et à l’écoute , un garage privé pour la voiture avec accès direct à l’appartement par ascenseur, Bref un séjour très agréable dans une belle ville pleine de charme!

Un petit couac à la sortie du parking, aucune des 2 cartes nécessaires à la sortie ne fonctionnant, il a fallu parlementer avec le responsable à l’accueil qui prétendait que nos cartes étaient fausses. Finalement il nous a laissé sortir la voiture !(Nous avons signalé le problème à la conciergerie)
