Disappointing service for a beautiful apartment!

A beautiful apartment which was stylish and spotlessly clean. The apartment is spacious, light and well situated for a relaxing break.

I travel with Booking.com a lot and this was our third apartment in 3 nights. The service was really disappointing as it was really difficult to get the code to access the apartment. I sent an email, WhatsApp and text to ask for the code but no reply. I then phoned on the way to the apartment and was told that it would be sent. I then had to text again 15 mins before our entry into the apartment as it did not arrive. This was stressful as I had just read an article about holiday scams! The code did arrive as we were about to enter. I was also disappointed about finding an empty tea box, no dish washer tablets and a broken tv, which the host did not know how to repair. This was by no means a deal breaker, as we were there to see a concert but we do like late night Italian tv. Having just stayed in Lucca which was fantastic, this apartment lacked so much attention to detail.

Excellent choice for stay in Pistoia

We liked very much how the appartment is decorated. Although there are some modern utilities, appartment has some artistic history touch. Very cosy place. The view from balcony to the cathedral and near by roofs is something you can rarely experience.

Amazing appartament, photos do not do it justice. Very clean, comfy beds, quite and yet 100 ft and your at the heart of Pistoia. Host was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again whenever am at Pistoia.

Tutto bellissimo!

Bellissimo appartamento in un vicolo del centro storico di Pistoia, elegante, pulito, spazioso e curato nei dettagli, con bellissimo spazio nella vasca idromassaggio ricavato in quella che probabilmente era un'antica torretta medievale! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Buona soluzione in centro

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. A pochi passi è disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento per lasciare l'auto il che rende gli spostamenti comodi. Ambienti molto spaziosi, sia per quanto riguarda la zona giorno che per le due camere da letto entrambe matrimoniali.

Entrando si avverte un'odore abbastanza forte di umidità e cloro, probabilmente dovuto alla storicità del palazzo e alla presenza della vasca idromassaggio. I bagni disponibili sono effettivamente 3, ma sono così composti: uno con doccia, wc, bidet e lavandino, uno con doccia e lavandino, uno con solo la vasca idromassaggio. Di conseguenza si rischia di essere in 4 con un solo bagno con wc. Purtroppo sono mancate quelle piccole cose utili per una veloce prima colazione (qualche bustina di tè o cialda per la macchinetta del caffè).

Historické centrum města, starověký dům, přesto moderní a čisté ubytování. Hostitel komunikuje perfektně a obratem. Možnost parkování Misericordia kousek od vchodu.

Storico appartamento in centro a Pistoia

Comoda la posizione, facile il Ceck in. Abbiamo riposato in comodi letti. La cucina è ben attrezzata e ci si rende conto di essere in una casa storica. Abbiamo notato con piacere che la zona è molto tranquilla e non c’è rumore del passaggio della gente.

L’unica cosa che possiamo dire è che a causa della giornata particolarmente calda abbiamo acceso i condizionatori che sono risultati un po’ rumorosi ma durante la notte li abbiamo spenti e aperto le finestre lasciando entrare l’aria fresca.

Een zeer mooi, goed ingericht appartement met 2 slaapkamers, op de bovenste verdieping een 2-persoons bubbelbad, 2 badkamers en heerlijke bedden (alhoewel dat persoonlijk is). Midden in het historisch centrum van Pistoia.

Appartamento al secondo piano con scale ripide e strette, scomode per chi come noi aveva bagagli extra(4 persone più 2 bici)..il problema più grosso è stato il parcheggio dove bisognava lasciare le 2 macchine ad un km di distanza.Il giorno della partenza per una serie di circostanze sfavorevoli abbiamo dovuto chiamare un taxi per poterci liberare da una quasi prigionia in quanto non è stato possibile arrivare con le ns macchine all'unica via di solito accessibile vicino alla Ztl in cui si trova l'appartamento ritardando di fatto la partenza per ben due ore oltre il previsto..un disastro.L'unica nota positiva è che l'appartamento si trova proprio a ridosso della centralissima piazza del Duomo.

appartement chaleureux, très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Très calme. Petite terrasse. Une chambre avec une douche. la deuxième chambre utilise une salle de douche indépendante de la chambre.

Un seul WC qui se trouve dans une salle de douche qui est utilisée par la deuxième chambre

Appartamento bellissimo curato in ogni dettaglio. Gestori puntuali e precisi. Consiglio a giovani e famiglie , l'atmosfera è incantevole con una vista impagabile ...e una piccola Spa che lo rende davvero unico.Torneremo!

Purtroppo la prima notte lo abbiamo trovato molto freddo, si scaldava a fatica . La sera successiva è andata molto meglio . Il bagno al piano molto scomodo per persone anziane.
