We have been for a week in Tuscany to visit the surroundings such as Pisa and Florence

We were very warmly greeted by Mr. Maccari, the owner of the appartment, to hand over the keys and show us around the appartment. The appartment was very clean, all amenities such as dish washer and even washing machine present, and as an additional bonus comes with a parking space for the car. Next to that, it is centrally located in walking distance from both city center as well as facilities such as supermarkets. The stay in the appartment has been absolutely great! Mr. Maccari also gave us some valuable tips for local smaller businesses for wine, olives, cheese etc, which we asked him. Great appartment and a great vacation!

Great apartment with a stunning terrace

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a large terrace offering an impressive view. Comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and an excellent location right in the heart of the old town. The host also kindly provided a free parking space. We’re very happy we chose this apartment and would definitely recommend it to other.

Exactly as described and with REAL parking!

The place is really nice and comfortable, but what I really liked is that it has a parking place in a garage 30 meters away, rare find. And Daniele was very helpful and responsive, I highly recommend it.

A week of authentic Tuscany Discoveries in Pistoia - Arts, Nature, Gastronomy and People

- Even we arrived more than 2 hours later based on our planned arrival time, the apartment owner Daniele has been very kind and very welcome to us. - The apartment owner made a lot of special attentions: wine, pasta, beer,… - The apartment description exactly matched the reality. - We largely enjoyed the private apartment terrasse with nice downtown view - The equipment was complete and all functional - The location is close to all downtown sites and commodities by walking

A hidden gem in beautiful Pistoia!

Pistoia is a beautiful city, it's safe (we are two female travellers so safety was a key factor to consider when looking for accommodation) , and there are really nice local cafes/restaurants. People are very friendly and the coffee is so good. Right outside the apartment building, there's a street market (Wednesdays and Saturdays).. Pistoia has a lot of historical buildings to visit too. We travelled to Pisa and Florence from here. Chiara and her husband are amazing hosts. They picked us up from the station and dropped us to the apartment, helped us carry the luggage etc. They were very quick to respond to our queries too. The apartment is very nice and clean. Very homely, close to public transport and many cafes. Undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 3 weeks stay in Italy. We highly recommend this place♥️

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment

Fabulous apartment, very clean and in a lovely town. The terrace was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Hosts were really nice and very responsive to our messages. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts.

Kitchen area was very small but we weren’t there to cook so not really a problem for us.

Beautiful staying in Pistoia

Everythings is new and i stayed very fine and have had a good relax time when i was in the apartment. Chiara is a host very kindly. Position is perfect because it is in the historic center in Pistoia but very accesible , by car too. Cleaning and amenities very good, like a hotel with four stars.

Fijn verblijf dichtbij het centrum

De ligging van het appartement, op loopafstand van het centrum. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en het appartement is netjes en schoon. In de omgeving zijn ook veel leuke plaatsjes om te bezoeken. We hadden ook heerlijke wijn gekregen bij aankomst, en hebben erna de wijnboerderij bezocht. Tegenover het appartement zit ook een leuke wijnbar.

Door de ligging in het oude gebouw is er weinig daglicht binnen. Het terras is in de schaduw, we hadden het fijn gevonden als wat langer de zon op het terras zou schijnen.

Fabroniana Apartments Pistoia BELLISSIMA STRUTTURA

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni nel B&B Fabroniana Apartments in Pistoia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento, in palazzo d'epoca, è luminoso, pulito e dotato di una terrazza vivibile. È un monolocale in cui gli spazi sono ben distribuiti con la zona notte soppalcata. La posizione centrale è ideale per visitare la città a piedi. La proprietaria Chiara, gentile, simpatica, molto disponibile, ci ha accolti con un gradito omaggio di benvenuto. Se dovessimo tornare a Pistoia, soggiorneremmo sicuramente nella stessa struttura.

Heerlijk appartement in het midden van Pistoia, alles goed geregeld en schoon.

Midden in het centrum en heel fijn terras dat in de middag in de schaduw ligt. De Airconditioning was ook heel fijn. Ook was het heel rustig en heb je geen last van stadslawaai.

Prima, alles beloopbaar en auto gratis kortbij. Postoia is zelf zeker de moeite waard.

Gastheer heel behulpzaam en laat je ook weer snel met rust. Ligging perfect in het oude centrum. Alles in loopafstand. App aan de achterkant vh gebouw en dus heel stil. Goede airco. Moderne badkamer met ruime douche.terras heeft de ochtendzon.

Iets comfortabeler bank wellicht maar dat is een detail.

Een fantastisch ruim en koel verblijf, in het centrum van het bruisende- en pittoreske Pistoia

Een heerlijk ruim en koel appartement, met mooi terras, perfect gelegen in 't bruisende centrum van Pistoia, en met een mooie koele plek voor onze auto in een garage, circa 50 m. van 't appartement.. Echt een absolute aanrader! Daniele was bovendien een fantastische gastheer, die als hartelijk welkom van tevoren allerlei lekkere dingen (wijn, pasta etc.) in huis had gehaald. Maar 't meest dankbaar zijn we echter voor zijn acties om mijn telefoon weer terug te vinden en vast te laten houden die ik in de Autogrill in de buurt van Milaan had laten liggen. Dat was een echte "lifesaver" voor ons, dus Daniele, nogmaals grazie mille!!! Tip: Maak je geen zorgen als je op weg naar het appartement in "verboden"zones terecht komt. Na aankomst noteert Daniele je kenteken, geeft dat door, en is er dus niets meer aan de hand.

Dat heeft helemaal niets met het appartement te maken, maar als je met een redelijk grote auto zoals die van ons in de zeer nauwe middeleeuwse straatjes van Pistoia met geparkeerde auto's moet navigeren, gaat dat je niet in je koude kleren zitten.

Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Verder kon je auto bewaakt parkeren.

Hele lage balk bij het bed waar iedereen zich zeker 1 keer met zijn hoofd aan stoot. Oppassen dus!

Wspaniały apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem. Ma dwa poziomy. Taras z pięknym widokiem. Ulokowany w centrum miasta, a mimo wszystko cichy i spokojny. Dużym atutem jest bezpłatny garaż bardzo blisko apartamentu. Świetna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Toskanii. Gospodarze bardzo mili, odpowiadają natychmiast na zapytania. Polecili np. znakomitą agroturystykę, gdzie kupiliśmy doskonałą oliwę i oliwki. Z całego serca polecam

L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che può essere utile, davvero tutto. C'è un letto matrimoniale sul soppalco nella zona salotto (vivibile) e una camera matrimoniale. La zona living è ampia luminosa con portafinestra e finestra che danno sul terrazzino con una vista deliziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato rigenerante, una pace monastica, un silenzio raro. Tutta la città visitabile a piedi, supermercato anche. Plus della struttura il parcheggio custodito compreso nel costo.

È stato tutto di nostro gradimento. Per un servizio eccellente migliorerei la qualità delle lenzuola e le cialde del caffè ma sono minuzie

posizione centrale ottima. alloggio in casa storica recentemente ristrutturato ampio, pulito. Arredamento minimale, ma scelto con gusto. perfetto per coppia

camera ricavata su impalcatura troppo in alto. si corre il rischio di battere la testa sulla trave portante (il proprietario ci ha fatto notare il problema). La scala per salire in camera la rende non adatta a chi ha problemi di deambulazione

L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto ed è anche più bello dal vivo che nelle immagini; è confortevole e pulito. La terrazza è fantastica! La posizione centralissima 2 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La comodità del posto auto in garage privato. Daniele e Chiara gentilissimi.

Bien pour un court séjour

Bel appartement, conforme aux photos. Terrasse agréable mais il y fait très très chaud. La vue sur la tour est très jolie. On trouve une bouteille d'eau au frais, une bouteille de vin et des capsules de café à l'arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. On est à 2 pas du centre historique et de la superbe place de Pistoia. Climatisation efficace.

Communication minimale avec l'hôte, tout juste cordiale. Peu d'indications, à part sur un livret. Pas de sel, poivre, huile d'olive, sucre, rien. On avait besoin de sel pour un soir, pas de solution trouvée a part : retournez au supermarché (à 15mn à pied, par 40°). On a connu plus prévenant et sympathique.
