About this apartment rental

Come visit our very walkable and authentic home in the well-preserved Tuscan city of Pistoia, located on the train route between Florence and Pisa. This spacious 2nd floor 90mq or 1,000 sqft condo built in 1892 is located on an square with park with bus stop, over a coffee/sandwich bar and short minutes from Piazza del Duomo and La Sala as well as the grocery, shops and restaurants. It has traditional terra cotta floors and wood-beam ceilings as well as US and EU electrical outlets and high speed internet, 2 desks and fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea and essentials like olive oil, garlic and parmesan.

We loved our stay here in Pistoia! The apartment surpassed our expectations from the pictures...pics don't do this place justice! Rustic and charming, comfortable and cozy, but with plenty of modern upgrades to make it easy. The host thought of everything....we had coffee pods, sugar, seasonings, paper towels, toiletries in the bathroom, even laundry soap! The view from the kitchen is beautiful....especially the sunset! And i fell in love with Pistoia! It is charming, walkable, and even though it is a small town there were plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor markets going on. This apartment is the perfect location in town, with a park across the street and a beautiful church you can see from the window. Im so glad we opted to stay outside of Florence! Only a few things to mention: the shower is awesome, but dont adjust the water direction with the curtain open like i did or you will wet the whole bathroom, and the temps were mild while we were there (early June)so we were fine, but it may get hot later in the summer, the portable air conditioners might not keep up. Overall, i highly recommend this beautiful apartment! Also good to note: we took a taxi initially from the train station with all our stuff, but the rest of the time we walked to/from the train station easily. 15 min walk.

We arrived in Pistoia tired and the beds and shower were a comfortable welcome….the city is beautiful the cafe and bakery below were the best and friendliest in the morning…. We know where to stay when we return 😊

We were visiting Family and Friends. The apartment was conveniently located, very clean. I would stay again, but a few negatives: 1. Washer/Dryer have difficult access and work slowly. 2. Lively night spot below the unit is very noisy. This could be a positive if you like to socialize with the local people who were very friendly and receptive to visiting with American Tourists. The ffull bath with shower was excellent as was the private 1/2 bath in bedroom. Very well worth the cost.
