Great stay!!!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The host and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view we had from the room had a perfect view of the grounds.

It was a little hard to figure out how to get into the grounds the first night because the GPS stops at the back of the building, but the host noticed us fairly quickly and came out to help

A great few days, would definitely recommend!

The property has a fantastic swimming pool area, and a lovely area for breakfast and lunch right outside the Agriturismo. The breakfast itself was very nice and the staff are so friendly, whilst the rooms were very spacious and had everything you would ask for.

Fabulous hotel in great location for exploring tuscany

Beautiful traditional Italian hotel on lovely grounds. The pool is large and our kids loved swimming on a hot summer day after sight seeing. The restaurant on the hotel grounds was also lovely. My husband said it was the best steak he has ever had!

Amazing Tuscan home with breathtaking views!

It’s what comes to mind when you think Tuscany. Beautiful place with great views, nice pool, comfortable beds, and excellent host. Close to restaurants, supermarket, etc. Very relaxing atmosphere,

It was a dream. Amazing! The staff was great. The owner was amazing. The Chef was outstanding. The Agriturismo San Rocco was a pleasure to return to daily. It is close to everything, but far enough away to lose yourself. I love this place.

An amazing step back in time, in a beautiful part of Tuscany. The restaurant is amazingly good food

This hotel or Agriturismo is amazing. It is out in the countryside, yet close to everything. There is an amazing old chruch next door and the clock tower chimes on the house, every hour until 8 or 9pm. It is lovely. The property is located on several acres and the staff is amazing. The owner, Francesco, is amazing. Always with a smile.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Until I got used to it, a couple of times the clock tower bell took me by surprise!

It was beautiful situation and very comfortable and spacious . The swimming pool area was beautiful and well set up with lots of space. Dining under the vines was great . Francesco and staff very helpful and kind.

great stay in a lovely place

the rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment . Parking was easy and free ! the pool area was well kept and the pool very nice indeed. Francesco was very helpful arranging taxis for us to the station so we could go to Florence and Luca.

It was quite a long walk into the centre of town but it’s flat and easy to follow

Amazing stay, friendly staff

The location of the accomodation was marvelous, the surrounding garden was very peaceful. The breakfast was made with fresh ingredients and was very delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful pool and a clean, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine - no oven but we didn’t need this anyway). The owner also kindly ordered a taxi for us when we were stuck in a thunderstorm at the station in Pistoia…

Everything was perfecto. Calm - near the biggest cities - near the mountains -... The Owner, Fransecsco, is really attentive to your desires and is always reachable. The appartement is really confortable and spacious. The garden and the pool offers you the opportunity to relax with a mountains vieuw. Try without esitation :)

The location is excellent, being located among olive trees and adjacent to the old church of San Rocco. If you look a nice place to relax you have found it! The pool is spacious leaving room for all people and having individual alcove providing shadow.

The key of the safe box was lost unfortunately and it could thuis not be used.

Warm welcome by the hostess, received a complimentary bottle of local wine. Very relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of room for privacy at pool area. Sufficient seats and beds at the pool with natural made shading.

Geprägt von Schimmel, Kälte und starkem Gestank – für Familien völlig ungeeignet.

Aussen sieht es schön aus. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Apartment ist sehr alt und weist Schimmel an fast allen Wänden auf. Der Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch und Schimmel war durchgehend präsent. Zudem war es extrem kalt – wir haben eine Raumtemperatur von nur 17 Grad gemessen. Das bereitgestellte Babybett war beschädigt und hatte mehrere Löcher, was für uns absolut inakzeptabel ist. Da wir mit einem Baby gereist sind und mir aufgrund des Geruchs zunehmend schlecht wurde, haben wir die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass die nicht genutzte Nacht erstattet wird, dies wurde jedoch von den Eigentümern abgelehnt. Unter diesen Umständen können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
