It was so peaceful and the location was perfect, the staff were excellent and brilliant with very young kids, it’s the little things like having a highchair and cot in the room without asking that make travelling with kids easy

Staff were lovely and very attentive. The grounds were really well presented and the pool was great. The restaurant food was delicious for evening meals.
Breakfast buffet covered the essentials fine but was a bit limited.
The bins in our apartment werent emptied except by us, which is not what we were expecting - though sheets and towels were replaced as often as needed.

Loved location, perfectly situated between Lucca and Florence. With the charming town of Pistoia a short distance away. Enjoyed being round the pool the grounds were very well kept. Beautiful location would happily stay again.
