Would not hesitate to recommend

Great location and very comfortable apartment. Salvatore communicated with us the day before to arrange handing over the keys and when we explained that we would be arriving into Pistoia a few hours before check-in time, he volunteered to meet us early, which was very helpful. The apartment has everything that you could think of.

Not within the hosts' control but there was a lot of noise from early morning outside the front of the apartment from people sitting underneath the windows

Exceptional

We loved the apartment for so many reasons. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was adequate even though we didn't need to use the cooker. It was quiet and felt secure at night, and was in a nice area. We were out and about during the day, with a friend of ours who recommended this property, her living round the corner .Will definitely come back if possible, it was so nice to sit in the lounge with a nice glass of Italian Wine.Julie and Arnold Breare and Many thanks to the owners.

A lovely apartment

Fabulous location, only minutes walk from the historic centre and a large supermarket. Small bar under the apartment. Parking wasn't too bad considering Pistoia was very busy. Very well equipped apartment, the rooms are a great size, with plenty of storage.

The heat - the fans provided just could not complete with the extreme temperatures (over 30 degrees every day) and nighttime was unbearably hot, making sleep very difficult. To be fair we did know there wasn't any air conditioning when we booked but it would have made the holiday so much more enjoyable.

La casa è molto bella e accogliente, soprattutto per un piccolo gruppo con bisogno di spazi di lavoro e socialità come il nostro. La posizione è molto buona e lo staff gentilissimo. Anche la pulizia molto buona.

La mancanza del bidet e il fatto che un'antina in cucina fosse scardinata. Inoltre, una sedia in una stanza aveva una gamba che si staccava.

L’emplacement, l’accueil de Salvatore et de sa famille qui ont été très efficaces lors de notre arrivée !

Notre arrivée n’a pas été signalée, nous avons donc attendu devant l’appartement et avons été obligés d’aller voir les voisins qui ont eu la gentillesse de contacter la personne qui devait nous donner les clefs. Les propriétaires étant basés au Texas, nous n’avons pas pu les contacter. Heureusement que Salvatore et sa famille ont été réactifs ce qui nous a permis de nous installer dans l’appartement parfaitement propre et confortable ! Merci à eux !
