Comfortable, clean and quiet. A good sized garden and mimi front patio. Located near shops in Paignton, & within a 20 minute walk to the bus station, with access to many nearby towns eg. Totnes, Brixham, & Torquay. Good sized well equipped kitchen, (though I could not find oven gloves). Great skylight in the bedroom with a view of the sea in the distance. Clean and comfortable beds.
The sitting room is quite dark, (I only used it in the evening to watch TV). However, the small sunny pleasant conservatory makes up for the lack of light . Frequent cars passing at certain times of the day took a little getting used to. No central heating, so reliant on various electric heaters.
