About this villa rental
Ancient Roman farmhouse immersed in the Veio Park, completely renovated to obtain 2 comfortable apartments finely furnished and with a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding park. The two apartments are both composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living room with kitchenette equipped with all appliances. If you book TWINS you will be the only guest of IV CASALE ROMA. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests who can take advantage of very large and quiet green spaces, a solarium area and a barbeque area. An area of the garden is dedicated at a summer swimming pool with pleasant salt water. From the garden it is also possible to access a chapel (consecrated) equipped with a piano. Guests have access to a large closed square for parking. Leaving the house you can take beautiful walks surrounded by nature. Less than 500 m away is the bus stop leading to the Prima Porta subway stop which leads to the center of Rome (Piazza del Popolo). A little more than 500 m there are a supermarket, bar, pharmacy, restaurant and pizzeria, coiffeur.

We spent over a month there, having a marvellous time. Lucia and Domenico are the best hosts ever, always there, helpful with our problems and needs (even finding the doctor for my son!). Rooms perfectly clean, garden and pool area spotless.
A bit tricky when you want to have a barbecue evening, as you need to run up and down the stairs to bring all the plates and glasses to the table in the terrace, but I considered it a good excersise for the legs :) Overall, great holiday!

A beautiful place with beautiful views just outside of Rome. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Supermarket just a short walk or drive away. The vicinity is great for a leisurely stroll, and the lawn behind the house provides the privacy you'd expect from the pictures. Interior clean and well furnished. The owner lives right next door and was very friendly and very accommodating. We hope to be back in the future!
