Localização, dimensão e simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Foram muito amáveis ao deixar-nos fazer o check in antes da hora.
O beliche apresentava alguma instabilidade, necessitando de reparação. O esquentador pingava em cima do balde do lixo, o que deixava o chão da casa de banho sempre molhado.

Apartment was in a fantastic location to explore the Vatican City and city centre, super easy to walk everywhere else. The receptionist was very helpful. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and everything was like the photo.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Good size bedrooms.
Badly laid out kitchen area. Had to plug in kettle next to TV. You would expect there to be at least 4 cups, 4 glasses, etc we had to ask for more so we could have a drink together and what we did have seem to need a clean. Apart from those basics it was a nice place.
