Very convenient location and we appreciated the level of customer service.

A number of nice little touches, like a free bottle of wine, cool elevator, and the apartment was serviced every other day. We liked having a concierge and being able to check-in a little early. Also, Georgia graciously allowed us to store our luggage on checkout day. We had a lovely stay!

Well, we liked having a washing machine in the building but I managed to both shrink and completely wrinkle a full load of clothes. It was operator error but a machine that allows setting the temperature might have been helpful.

Newly renovated, easy to access, clean and has everything one might need. Really short walk to the Vatican. Plenty of eating and supermarket options nearby.

The aircon was going crazy on the first evening, unknown error and after 6h it was ok again.

SAVE UP READING REVIEWS - ONE OF THE BEST PLACE TO STAY TO VISIT VATICAN AND THE REST OF ROME

1. one of the best place to stay if visiting Vatican and all of Rome. Just A few minutes walk to the entrance of Vatican - the gate opens at about 7:30'sh AM and there's barely a queue so you can just breeze through the Vatican. At 8AM theres a mass at the altar of Saint Joseph which we attended (of course Italian mass) which was very solemn as there's still few people. crowd starts at about 9- 9:30sh. 2. Behind the complex is a lot of shops (asian products are also available on the small stores if you turn to the right side from building entrance. fast food also available- Mc donalds and Jollibee between the complex and vatican (but why would you have this if youre in Italy- enjoy authentic pizza and pasta!) 3. The apartment itself is lovely, we are middle class family and got everything that will makes us comfortable. we make breakfast at the apartment, it's fully equipped for cooking and eat out for the rest of the day (though there's no stopping from making some in the apartment too!). The complex is clean and has a little LIFT which is important if you have loads of luggage. but mostly, Asia, the awesome lady at the reception is just very helpful and very accommodating. it ticks all our requirement, and my kids call this home in Rome. if we swing by Rome again, we will not stay anywhere else. 4. lastly, best way to explore Rome is through walking, but if its tricky, train is just a few steps from the apartment!

couldnt really think of any. of course the apartment is not a 5 star hotel- it is a self catering apartment which is why an amazing option for middle class. it is not budget place but its also not a billionaire place, just the right balance especially for travelling family. well equipped to be comfortable and if anything else is lacking, Asia is more than happy to help anyway!

Self check-in was easy. Great location, about 10mins walking distance to Vatican City. The apartment is cosy and tastefully decorated. Nice neighbourhood. Short walk to metro to reach downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This Residenze(not hotel) is very nice. There is room for improvement in the communication. Specially if you come after hours. BE SURE to check your WhatsApp messages from a no in your contacts numbers. BE SURE to receive the information about the enter code, and place and combination for the room key, if you get there after office hours. I had issues with this when arrived at 11pm. Do not expect to see any one or someone answering the phone if you call at that time. It could improve communication between Property/customer. After this traumatic moment the rest was great. Giorgia was a very helpful person at all the time. The place is very clean. The walls are NOT soundproofed, The apartment requires to check some things to be repaired ASAP( you may check with me for details). Great location. Housekeeping daily if required. Very pricey(Rome is expensive). Recommended

We the location it was quiet for being in Rome and within easy reach of the main attractions. The place was spacious and comfortable. The deco was great, away from your typical white clinical hotel deco. The host was very kind and easy to reach at all times.

It was a very pleasent trip

The location is very close to the Vatican City. A metro station is also very close. A lot of good restaurants in the area. It's a quiet place. It was very clean.

Not so many grocery stores in the area. When we first entered the appartment it was a perfume smell not so pleasent(for us). It was to strong. We figured out that it was the perfume of the detergent used to clean the floor or furniture, but it disapears in 1-2 hours.

The mattresses were the most computer ones I e slept on in Europe so far! Everything you would need for cooking, coffee, and shower. In a perfect location, central to famous sights must see. Able to hop on a scooter and explore now problem and back. Absolutely cute property! Very well maintained.
