Appartamento molto grande, luminoso e silenzioso. Situato in zona tranquilla ed elegante in pieno centro, a due passi da Villa Borghese. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Großes Apartment mit 6 Schlafzimmern (+Klimaanlage), 3 Bädern, einem großem Wohnzimmer und großem Eingangsbereich. Perfekt für unsere Studienfahrt!
Schade das man den Innenhof nicht nutzen konnte, was aber verständlich ist, da dort auch Einheimische leben.

La casa era molto grande e spaziosa, una buona posizione rispetto al centro e ben collegato con i mezzi. Arredamento minimo ma curato con un soggiorno molto grande e una bel tavolo da pranzo! Presenza di Wi-Fi (anche se nelle camera in fondo non prendeva)! Completo di elettrodomestici e di Smart tv! Mancanza di lavatrice!
I 3 bagni sono molto vecchi e necessitano di un urgente manutenzione e ristrutturazione in quanto su 3 solo 1 era completamente agibile con gli scarichi di acque nere fortemente problematici e con perdite e reflussi! I doccini perdevano acqua! Inoltre sprovvisti di punti di appoggio! Infissi vecchi e poco isolanti! 2 camere prive di persiane o tende oscuranti!
