La gentillesse de l'hote et l'emplacement du logement. Une hote à l'écoute et grâce à elle nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

The host's attitude was rather mocking. On the day of the key handover, I informed him that I would arrive early, and everything was fine at that point. Then he started sending me messages, rushing me because he had an emergency. When I tried to check in, he only wanted to collect the tourist tax and left immediately. The next day, I called him because the air conditioning wasn't working properly in four rooms, and he sarcastically asked me if I knew how to use the remote (it was impossible that 10 adults wouldn't know how). The air conditioning was blowing, but not cooling. Fifteen people slept in the heat for two nights. There was no internet service; the host didn't inform me, and the next day, two technicians invaded our space to connect it. We wasted the entire morning, and it still didn't connect (things that happen in Italy, since I live here). He told me not to waste my time and to come and meet him, saying that everything would be ready when I arrived. Obviously, I didn't want to, and he got offended, telling me he hadn't stolen, in a very aggressive tone. It wasn't a pleasant experience; the bathrooms were a bit dirty (bathtubs).
