We were met promptly and welcomed. Explanations were given and we were shown to the apartment. Although compact it was neat and tidy and had all we needed for our stay. Loved the outside space we had.
Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for our son. AC in the main area was not as effective as the bedroom. Bathroom a little tired looking.

Place is very good, clean and modern.
Location is 30mn walking from all major sites (pantheon, trevi, piazza Navona, Spanish steps, via del Corso…) and 15mn from Colosseum.
Elevator is half a floor up or down from the apartment.
Dishwasher tab holder was broken and requires fixing

A lovely, modern, clean apartment with a brilliant location. It was an easy walk to the Colosseum (about 10 mins with an 8yo in tow). The apartment itself was quite small for three - the bedroom is a decent size but once the sofa bed is opened up there isn’t much space to walk around it. But we were out sightseeing for most of the stay so it didn’t bother us too much. Came with a dishwasher, washing machine (helpfully including laundry and dishwashing tablets), microwave, hot plate and fridge. Gladys, the property manager was excellent - very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

Never anyone in office to answer questions or assist. I emailed for more coffee and got some one night but was ignored the next.
