This amazing two bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and it is located on the top floor of an early 1900 6-story building with elevator.
A private external charming roof terrace on the above floor is accessible to our guests only: enjoy a glass of wine, a cappuccino in the morning or a meal in the evening while looking out over the Colosseum, the Vatican Dome, the Vittoriano (Wedding Cake), the Roman rooftops and other monuments! Only the guests of the listing 279021 can access the terrace that is NOT shared with anyone else. ONLY YOU!
This Rome Colosseum apartment is located very close to the most important monument of Rome: the Flavian Amphitheater also known as the Colosseum, one of the 7 Wonders of the World. The flat is in the heart of the Ancient Rome a few steps far from other important sites: the Nero's Domus Aurea, the Roman Forums, the Saint Mary Major Basilica, the Basilica of Saint Clement and the Saint Peter in Chains Church with the amazing Michelangelo's Moses statue. The apartment can welcome up to 7 people. It is made up of a living room with a sofa that can be split into 2 beds, 2 bedrooms with king size bed (one of them can be split into 2 single), 2 full bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has been recently restored and nicely decorated. Plenty of hot water for your showers!
The home's position is incredible: 300 m. from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and from the beautiful Colle Oppio Park. You can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or by bus and tram that conveniently stop in front of our building. If you prefer you can take the Metro/underground (line A and B) at the nearby stops of 'Manzoni' or 'Colosseo'. The apartment is located not far from the central train station (10 minutes by taxi or by bus/metro) and from the airport (45 minutes by taxi, 90 by train). Combined with 4 apartments in the opposite building, a party of 28/30 people can be accommodated. All of the above are important ingredients that make for unforgettable Roman Holiday...

Upon your arrival you will receive a map of the city and useful information on the city sights, shops and restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, wine-bars and groceries in the area. The apartment has a well supplied bookshelf at your disposition containing tourist and archaeological guide books in various languages and our staff is always on hand to help and suggest touristic itineraries.

The host did an amazing job, from arranging our airport transfer to providing us with some valuable information to help make our visit amazing. The picture from the roof top deck says it all. It tells you how close you are to everything with great restaurants and attractions within an easy walk.

Beautiful view of Rome, including the COLOSSEUM. We had plenty of space. Location was ideal for what we wanted to see and do. Found an excellent Thai massage place nearby too. Felt safe. Walked everywhere day and night. We did struggle with the washer/dryer combo machine but the owner/manager was always willing to help.

The location was great and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The security of the building was appreciated. We felt very safe. Paolo was very responsive and arranged all of our transportation. We especially enjoyed the views of the Colosseum at night from our private terrace. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacy very well located, clean and close to to the Colosseo and near public transports. Nevertheless it is an old building with bad isolation whether it's for the noise or the cold. Windows need to be changed as they don't close properly and we could hear the constant noise in the street as well as the elevator.
